Great food and friendly atmosphere! Servers are very helpful.

My wife and I have not been to this café in some time. We did go on 8/04/13 and found that many changes had taken place on the menu and service. Prices a little higher (not bad in itself), less food, and several items we enjoyed in the past not on the menu. Food was excellent in the past and found to be questionable on this visit. Service was not the best. Overall, we were not pleased.

I was in last Wednesday and there was no soap in the men bathroom.

Sad, I reported to the waitres NO SOAP in the restrooms and she said "I"ll report right now" . When I back to the restroom 40 minutes latter ""NO SOAP", I tell to the manager if the employees don`t wash their hands when they used the restroom. The manager didn`t answer.. Bad point

All day I was looking forward to trying Mimi's Cafe for dinner and using a $5 coupon I received by mail for being new to the area. When I walked in, I was the only customer at the front desk, yet I waited for several minutes while 6 different employees saw me standing there. Finally, an employee says can I help you? I said yes, I'd like to sit and eat here.She then informed me that she's not the hostess and doesn't know where to seat me. She then walked away and a minute later a hostess came and seated me. A server immediately came and took my drink order so I thought everything was OK, but after exactly 10 minutes and the couple seated next to me even made a comment about the server forgetting me, I gave my coupon to them and left frustrated and hungry. Thank goodness Jersey Mike's had no wait tonight.

Wonderful food, friendly service! Love this place!

My husband and I came here for the first time for my birthday. We were very happy with the waitress and the food was very good. Also, the wines we got Merlot and Moscato were very good. I just signed up to their club and the next day got a birthday coupon plus a coupon for free muffins. In all, it was a delightful evening. Our waitress was busy but very good - reminded me of Lucy Lu - very professional.

Kim (manager) did an outstanding job helping my group, the Wake County Visually Impaired Support Group, throughly enjoy our recent Holiday Lunch at the Cafe. She, and the servers, went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant and memorable experience. Kim's anticipation of our groups special concerns was greatly appreciated. The food and service were excellent.

I would send everyone to MIM'S! There was no wait time,the food looked exactly as the menu does.The food was excellent , I would give them 5 stars. And the staff were equally just as great.
