I called the store to ask a simple question as a new customer who is use to the way verizon works and the guy who answered the phone sounded annoyed and answered me with a very curt "of course you do.." as if I'm an idiot for asking. Don't know how it would be if you were to actually walk in to the store but if its anything like that asshole that picked up then you should go to a different store where people don't hate their jobs.

went and paid my bill using a credit card and you charged 6.00 dollars?????? what a crock. I called corporate they are giving me a 5.00 credit the woman said the most that you should of charged was 3.00 and you wonder why no one wants to buy from you really ripped me off it wont happen again.

very bad customer service they make u wait very long time and they don't care,they are very slow,they try very hard to not replace you'r phone in alot of ways. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO THERE.
If these stores would just quit lying about their phones to make a quick buck they would keep their customers longer.

Pretty Neat place and service.
Bad phones, bad Service and they do not honor Warranties sure no contract but you have to buy their phone that will only work on their network so you end up being stuck with a worthless phone and having to deal with dishonest customer service, Oh Yeah they lie like dogs.
Ask about the warranty in detail before getting your wallet out.
Manny is a very friendly and knowageable sales person. He treats you with an extremely rare level of professionalism and respect and kindness.I have now purchased 2 phones from him within 3 months,android ZTE,.and a GALAXY 3.Every time i go in to see Manny, he treats me the very same courtious way. If you really want better deals and no outrageous fees, go to the Hulen location. They are so much more friendlier and helpful at the Hulen location.
I used to go to other places to pay my bill... but by far my favorite store... always nice, and fast... i buy my phones here to... and they helped me find my rebate papers i lost... great store...
The employees at this branch have always been very helpful and informative . they have always took care or our cell phone needs. I give this store 5 stars andthe employees I give 10 Stars.

This store is never opened at the time posted on the door. I just sat up there for 20 min and no one ever showed up but all lights were on. I called them and the phone was busy. Do NOT go to this metro store! Horrible!
I have been to a lot of metropcs stores in the Jax area and this by far was the cleanest store Ive been to. They have the best customer service by far.

Employes were no help at all!!!! Once I got my metro pcs phone I realized why I stick with real carriers. Almost every call I made was lost or dropped. So I went back to using my iPhone 5. I guess it's my own fault for thinking any phone could hold a candle to the iPhone capabilities and ability to not drop calls. If you have the ways and means to get an iPhone do that and stay away from cheap metro pcs service and phones. Always remember you get what you pay for.
This place is awesome! It's under new management, and the guy that works there loves to help. He got me three phones and discounted all of my accessories for me. I would definitley reccommend this place to anyone looking for a phone.

My mom and I went to get new phones and the 2 girls that helped us couldnt have been more helped. They are pleasant every time we go in to pay the bill.

Horrible customer service. They mest up my order in the first place, and when i asked them to fix it, she refused. The lady that attended me on the phone keep hanging up on me. And when I called back she ignored my calls. She also keep raising her tone at me. When I told her that her job is to help me not to yell at me and then she hanged up again. Overall terrible customer service, she didn't help me at all.
this is the worst place i have ever been in my life. the staff is beyond dis respectful and the robbed me of 40$ by not refunding my reciet...the store manager was high on drugs and his response to me was "so what" after proving that he stold my money....this place needs to be closed permanently

I love it! I have the $25 promo they had going on, $25 a month for unlimited talk and text ( no data/internet, but I never use it ANYWAYS, its nice to go down from a bill that was almost $100 a month to $25 a month.I am happy just with the price
well i came in here to purchase the new Huawei PREMIA! and i am extremely happy with my new phone. it was my first time ever coming to this location and definitly not my last! this store has excellent rapport and efficiency in getting work done. the gentlemen who helped me (Eric), knew everything about the handset and was enthused to sell me this handset. thanks alot! keep up the good work!
I purchased a phone friday...my phone cuts off during calls it wont stay charged and the screen freezing up!!! Y is a brand new phone doing that?? I payed my money for a new phone not this trash and nobody answering the store phone!!
I wanted to give props to the employees at metropcs. I was a little ticked of at my ex carrier verizon wireless. I came into this store and Robert I believe he is the manager. This guy knows everything about phones he explained to me how metro works and i love it. You need a Metro phone go see Robert he is great. Also saved me a boat load of money.
This store is one of the worse stores that MPS has. The Manager has very little knowledge of the product and act as if you are doing her a favor by walking into her store! very unprofessional!!
I have been with this store for a long time. The owner amd other members are very friendly with their costumers and respect them. They are in a very good location.The owner will work with you on offers you cant refuse.you all are awesome.
This is a great location, and I would highly recommend the visit. The other person that made the comment was clearly angry or uneducated. Metro always charges a $15 upgrade fee on phone upgrades and tax is tax- something we can't avoid paying.

Some lady answers the phone, first saying she doesn't speak English, so as I was asking her in Spanish she started talking to somebody else, then when she was done I had asked her 3 times what the price of the Samsung S3 was, but for some odd reason didn't understand. Then I asked "isn't this MetroPCS?" then she immediately said "good day" and hung up on me. Forget this store she probably just cleans the floor there.

This location is excellent. I went to this store because they have been giving me the run around about my bill and my services did not work. This girl took care of me from the beginning no ifs and buts. She had knowledge and plenty of customer service. She did a great job and manage to get all my services working and my bill lowered. Very happy :)
My smartphone LG admire keeps rebooting and I wanted a basic phone because I only need texting and calling anyway, instead of helping me the sales rep acted like I was stupid. He put new phones on the table and explaining me 40 50 and 60 dollar plans. I WILL NEVER GO back to that metro store again. Currently back to Verizon.
This store is the best place to go if you want a new cell phone. I has a good selection of phones to fit every budget. The clerks are knowledgeable and helpful. I used to stay near there but have since moved. It is worth the drive from south San Jose to get the phone I want $50.00 cheaper than the dealer on Senter and Monterey, because you can't say "mucho" there.

I went to Metropcs to inquire about phone service. I am currently with ATT. The store atmosphere was so nice. It was clean and everyone had a smile. The young lady took the time to answer all of my questions and before I knew it, I purchased 2 phones. The new store manager lady even came over after the sale, shook my hand and thanked me for my service. I felt like a King when I left. It is so refreshing to see Great Customer Service Still exsist among young people. I promised them and the new manager that I would share this with everyone because they were all genuine and kind to an old fella like me.

The guy who owns/runs the store is very very rude to customers,he had to call tech support and while on the phone with them he was blatantly rude,also they do not have the most recent phones and staff isn't very knowledgeable about the products they carry,Im a very patient person and gave this store many chances and time and time again the service and attitude of staff was very sub par I don't mind the extra gas that I use to go out of my way to avoid this store and i'm not the only one,this store doesn't even deserve one star but to post a review you have to give at least one what a joke

The store took off the insurance without notice or even reason and when I went to get a replacement phone they lied to me and took my money now the company is refusing to refund the insurance and the money for the replacement phone and they are not looking into who stole the money... only thing I can say if you don't mind having your money disappear and stolen by the employees then this is the place to go.
I went to this store a few months ago to get a new phone. Diely was friendly and helpful but she told me that I'd get a $50 rebate by mail on my $200 phone and gave me the form to fill out..good thing I read it before I wasted the postage on it because it stated the dates the phone had to be purchased between and I purchased my phone a good 2 weeks after the last date the form was valid for. Disappointing! I didn't end up going back and asking them if they can do anything because I'm never in that area and if I am there's no parking. I would've much rather paid $50 less for the piece of crap phone that has been broken since about 3 weeks after I bought it. I think I'll go back to Verizon!
I strongly recommend conducting business at this MetroPCS location. When I purchased my new phone the two lovely ladies who waited on me were friendly and courteous. I received all the additional bonus items I was promised for purchasing the lg motion phone. I love my new phone and the wonderful service.

yes i have been in there and i love the girl with the pink and white car, she spares her time to help me out, and answers all my questions. I was just in there last week and both girls that was working was very rude, they acted like they did not care what so ever about there job, and did not help me at all.

I had almost given up after receiving wrong info/diagnosis at the W. Chapel store. Due to Alex's assistance- I will continue to be a Metro Customer. Thank U Alex.
HORRIBLE...... If someone is to run a business, they should really be on time to what there hours say!!!!! They are always late in the mornings at this location and the girl that works there is very rude and unknowledgable about the services. Very poor experience!!!!!! I do not reccomend this location to anyone at all!!!
Go there with problems all the time with my metro phone and they knew do anything about it even though I got insurance on my phone. They don't bother looking at it or nothing. Its just horrible service there. Always that one guy that never wants to do anything for you, just wants you to buy more gaggets from them to make money. Never go to that metro Pcs ever . STRONGLY DISATIFIED. Shut that place Down or hire better people that's willing to do something!!
At first I was happy with the friendly service but when the product that I purchased (micro usb data cable) did not work on my device I tried to return the defective item. The guy told me I was stuck with it. I quietly walked out with my wasted $15 item! yay for them..crap for me. The customer service is lacking. I was considering but will not be switching to metro pcs. At least not at that location.
I went to this location looking to purchase the LG spirit. They were sold out. The manager of course tried to sell me another phone (Samsung admire)by lying and saying it was identical to the spirit except for the screen.After i purchased the phone& having it refunded after i had a chance to inspect it. My refund still hasn't posted to my account! It's been 8 days! I would recommend shopping at only corporate stores. Anywhere but here would be better! Would give 0 stars if i could.
Don't go to this store, I have purchased several phones for myself & my family and each time I get a new phone my plan changes. Just recently went and told them that I did not want my plan to change, got the nod ok and the next day I got a notification of a plan change. Sounds like some sort of scam to me?

I got my first Metro phone from some dive in Mount Clemens that is no longer there. My first bill was massive and I didn't know why since I had a very basic plan. I went to this store to pay my bill and the girl at the register was wonderful. She got on the phone with their main company and straightened everything out. It turns out that the guys who sold me the phone had added on a bunch of stuff that I never wanted, without telling me. This store is honest, which is surprising these days, when every dollar counts and most people are just trying to rip everyone off. I have since had 3 more Metro phones and I won't buy from any other location.

I have followed the manager of this location from Palm City to this one...because of the amazing customer service!!!! Some call him Ali..come call him Casey...either way...he is AMAZING!!!!

The intelligence level and expertise of the employees leaves very much to be desired, and the guard at the door is probably the poorest excuse of a human being I have ever encountered. Add to that the inferior phone reception of MetroPCS, and you have a place to definitely stay away from!

I don't even have Metro as a carrier, though when my contract is up with Verizon, I may switch over due totally to the excellent customer service I received at the Roslindale location. My phone was not working, and there are no Verizon stores near me anymore, so I stopped in just on the off chance someone would know what was wrong with it. The two employees in the store were very kind, and thorough in trying to fix my phone. They checked the battery, we talked about store locations, they offered every suggestion they could think of. They were so kind, and they really restored my faith in humanity. It was so nice to talk to two warm people instead of a robot. I am thankful that they are in my neighborhood.

Truly terrible service! Was given the run around about getting a new phone to replace my broken one for over a month. The woman there started to recognize my number when id call to check the status and would continuously ignore my call. I'd have to call using my friends phone in order for her to answer. Do not go here!

Went in to get my phone turned back on after mistakenly adding the funds to metro connect instead of my bill...the service was down at the main metro place so we couldn't get a hold of anyone one the phone but the customer service Guy hooked it up and gave me a days worth of service.
I bought a sprint phone from them, it didn't work... they didn't buy it back. They said they didn't do refunds.
My experience at the store was very satisfactory people are very friendly and professional they solved my problems in less than 10 min.

this store is very messed up! the worse metro pcs store i have been to! first i went in to get the new 4g phone for 30.00 for my daughter for christmas and the man didnt know anything about it. so he gave me a plan for 55.00 until he seen it on the tv that has been playing for the last 3weeks lol. then i purchased the phone and before i can give it to her on christmas she started getting nasty text messages on her phone. remind you she is only 13 years old. i took the phone back to change the number and they charged me 15.00! wow seems like they should have just changed it. the number was just recently used it wasnt our fault! i will never go to this store again and i wouldnt want anyone else to!
I been having issue with a samsung attain, one of the supervisors there waa extermely helpful not only did she make sure to call me when my phone arrived,she also helped me when i came in the store, the five times i have spoken to her shes always friendly..love to shop in places where i feel like am the only person in the store.
