Terrible
Upon picking up my coat it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Literally had crumbs caked on in spots and covered in lint that wasn't there before. The manager/owner Marie Bone refused to reclean or refund. She said, "Take it somewhere else and have them clean it, then bring it back here and show me what a clean coat looks like." This was after her suggestion that it didn't matter because it was just going to get dirty again but before she told me to take her to court.
