waiting a full 7 days just for my car to be serviced. It is 2 years old with just 2 thousand miles on the clock when it was booked in i was promised that they had the parts, and lo and behold no one new what the other was doing.As we all know never trust a car dealer because they can lie through there back teeth.One very fed up customer who will never ever buy another mercedes.

They misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me for giving me bad information. I took my car to another dealer, they found the problem and fixed it. MB of Santa Rosa wouldn't return my service charge even though they were 100% wrong and I could have potentially crashed due to their mistake.

called on a saturday to buy a part and their repair shoo and parts dept is closed on the weekend. who wants to buy a car from a shop that only does nusiness at their own convenience? thanks but no thanks.
