I had a great experience here! Great and friendly service! They really worked with us and got to know us all, answered all our questions and shared laughs!! Defiantly recommend them!
Pathetic service! I went in to get some sport coats tailored and they seemed annoyed I would dare ask them to tailor something! I thought they were running a business! What? Is my money not good enough for them! Well as far as I'm concerned they will never find out! I will never enter the place or any other again! Have fun with your empty stores.....
While purchasing a suit for my friends wedding in Seattle everything seemed to be going well. They looked on their computers to see what type of suit it was and ordered it in. I later came in weeks later because I received no call that the suit had arrived. I noticed it had a vest which it was not suppose come with. Good old Raymond assured me it was the right suit. I proceeded to get the suit taylored. After picking the taylored suit up I took a quick pic of it and sent it to the groom. Before he could respond I was already on my way to Seattle. Turns out it was the wrong suit and I'm going to look like an idiot being in the wedding party. Never, never, never shop at this location. They have horrible customer service and they just don't give a damn about you!
I can not stress enough how horrible the service was. My fiance and i came to this men's wearhouse twice and both times they were giving us excuses. We wanted to see the color scheme for the tuxes for our wedding party but they said they could not do it. All they had to do was put the color tie against the suit so we can see what it looks like. So after goin twice with no help we went to the other men's wearhouse on route 17 in paramus. They were extremely helpful and it was easy. They put the color tie we wanted against the suit so we can see it together without any excuses or hesitations. Do NOT go to menS wearhouse in garden state plaza especially when your planning your wedding.
Same thing happened to me. And alterations were done poorly and one not at all. I complained and was refunded the money. But I did not have my suit for my event. Save yourself the hassel. Go somewhere reputable. You will save time, aggrevation and most likely $.
Bought a suit for a fair price. Got taken to the cleaners on alterations, some I'm not too sure were needed. Be careful! They don't tell you up front. You may get better service somewhere else. Or at least honest service.
The Westminster Men's Wearhouse has the best sales staff that I have seen. When I went into the store they were super busy and I was greated right away. I did have to wait for help but when I did get it the help was great.
disorganized many computer problems items lost had to be reorderd alteration issue, customer service issues. Hope they pull it together- I have never had so many issues in one place. However they did recognize the issues and gave discounts-wont be back. too bad probably many 1x customers only.
This was our first visit to men's warehouse. When we walked in, the store was organized, clean and spacious. We were not immediately greeted, but the employees were helping other customers when we walked in. Our reason for visiting your store was to get fitted for a wedding. The associate that helped us was very professional, personable and friendly. We are always looking for a store with big and tall sizes in stock and friendly service. The experience and level of service we experienced will cause us to return to this store for professional and casual wear.
The sales staff are great. The quality of the clothing is excellent. The store has limits due its size, but they will order what you need.
I was not only treated poorly when I attempted to exchange 2 shirts purchased as gifts but was told not to come back to the store. Moreover, when I informed the manager "Leslie" that I disagreed with the amount she was putting on a gift card and that I wanted the shirts and not the gift card she was both authoritative and argumentative. I finally explained to Leslie that if we could not resolve the dispute I would be without recourse but to call her corporate office and possibly take the matter to court. Leslie's response was "I will not be effected by anything you tell Corporate". Lastly, when I told her that I was an attorney and that she needed to return the shirts to me as I did not want a gift card she replied "your obviously not a very good attorney". Needless to say... I was unable to exchange the shirts and suffered extreme emotional distress by the words and behavior of the manager of the Mens Warehouse in Northridge. This store does not train or supervise it's employees nor does it care about it's customers.
I wanna say thank you so much to the ladies in the tuxedo department. You were more than just helpful, you all made wedding planning enjoyable again. I thank you. I will recommend you to everyone I know.
