Clerks are knowledgable and helpful. Trouble finding a clerk sometimes. Great selection, some good deals, finds, down 2 wide aisles. Garden center is loaded with plants in spring and early summer, and we have mostly had good luck with our purchases. Enough register clerks usually. Grocery and pet items in the back of store.
The worst service i ever had.I am 56 years old i have never been talked to like i was at west duluth store. I was swore at buy 4 yard people thay were swering at there boss.I will shop there again.My girl friend was with me. Bad deal. Iwill be buying my lumber for my new house next year from someone else.

Unfortunately, the Richfield, MN store is not even listed here. If you need to find them, don't try it from the Menard's site. Even though it is one of the best stores around, let's just keep it our little secret, eh? (Menard's has traditionally been known to have the worst website of all the big box stores and, while they have come a LONG way, there are still always these unnecessary frustrations.)
Great store though if you know where to find it.
Excellent quality
I complained yesterday about a outside door that I bought at Menards and found that the door handle was on the wrong side for my entrance. I went to Menards and told them what had happened and they said return door and we will give you a new one, Plus I had had it painted so I assumed they would not let me return door. I was very happy with the store and will keep buying from them.
Their employee lied to me about a feature on a snowblower, and now the general manager is trying to extort an additional $420 (plus tax) AND I have to give them the brand-new, never-used machine I just paid $300 for. I asked how to contact their boss, but they won't tell me. Seems like Menards will tell you anything to get the sale, then spend weeks making up excuses on why they won't issue a refund, even though I HAVE MY RECEIPT!
I am a frequent flyer at the Fridley, Blaine and Coon Rapids Locations...I call it my happy place. Excited to see the new store and all the fun promotions! Yay For goodie giveaways. See you all ther at 10am for the Big Opening! I will be the one filling the cart with solutions to my needs! Oh and schmoozing with the smiling promotioners. See you inside.
