Ever so often you come a good, honest auto facility to whom you can trust and believe when it comes down to taking care of your VEHICLE you have no worries. For me, that's what I receive from this facility. A great team that will explain to you what work will be done and what work that needs to be done with estimated pricing and they work with your budget. I trust these guys here at Meineke.

I went into this shop because its close to where I live. I had to wait 4 hrs so I left and came back. Three more hrs of waiting...it was terrible. No communication. The shop was poorly staffed. Service was OK. I won't go back. Next time I will go to other Meineke. Heard good comments about them.

I get my cars oil changes at Meineke on San Pedro because the shop techs do a great job. This time I needed tires and I got a great price and good service, as always.

My vehicle needed emissions. It needed exhaust and tires. It couldn't be done at this location even after I was told otherwise. I had to wait until Monday to go to other shop on San Pedro. They were able to do all work well.

The staff seemed competent but the wait was too long. There are not enough employees. I had to leave. I went to other shop on San Pedro and there was more staff there. I had all work done in half hour.

These folks consistantly go above and beyond. They work on our two volvos and do an excellent job. They are creative in finding parts as well as searching the web to see what volvo bloggers are having issues with and they were resloved.All our cars go there now.

I went in for an oil change on my 2012. When I left the car smelled like burnt oil and the headliner was covered in grease. Will not be back.

We were passing through and our car broke down. We needed a mass air flow sensor and it was difficult to find for our car. After calling all around they found one, but they couldn't deliver until the next day. They went and got it and stayed late to get us back on the road. They charged us a fair price and did not take advantage of our situation. Thanks!!

Been going to this garage for several years for inspection for a couple of cars. Never been gouged, or had unnecessary work proposed. No problems here, friendly trustworthy and reliable service at this garage. They do more than the webpage says.

Charged me $70 for a Diagnostic test that had no accompanying paperwork except a receipt. The test basically repeated the Emissions test that they had just run for my car--except that they 'added' suggested parts. Owner told me that I know nothing about cars and he stands behind the test. The manager told me that I could be lying about how useful the test was for me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER>

I will never recommend this place to anyone else again! They charged me double of what the quote was when nothing was different and they knew exactly what was needed and what car I had. Did this to 2 other customers while I was waiting for my car to get done saying it was going to take longer for some bs reason and they would have to charge more in labor ($90 per hour).

I took my car there for an oil change and they left my oil cap off by time we noticed oil was all over the car and the check engine light was on.I took it back and they refilled the oil but didnt clean up the oil mess all over the hood and engine,they didnt even say sorry.I had to take my car somewhere else to have it checked out.They said the engine light was still on because of the oil shortage and oil had got into the lines,they had to vaccum the oil out of the lines.This has been the worst experience ever at a automotive center.I would warn everyone please dont trust the Meineke in Gaffney,SC it might be a big mistake.I am considering taking them to court for all the damage.

I stopped by to see if I can have my brakes checked and to have oil change, a guy which I think was of hispanic origin (With some tattoos on his arm if I am not mistaken) was on the phone laughing out loudly while speaking to someone, I waited for about 5 minute but the guy wouldnt bother to ask me why I was there, very disrepectfully allowed me to give up and leave the shop without the chance to ask my questions , if you dont want to be treated disrespectfully then avoid this mechanic shop .

I took my vehicle to get the brakes changed and according to the store manager it was ready and the brakes had been changed. My husband picked it up and on our way home he had no brakes at all he could have gotten in a car accident. The store manager got in my face screaming he wanted me to pay him $500.00 for something that he did not do. Store manager has no cutomer service at all very very rude. I will not ever take my vehicle back or recommend anybody to take their vehicle to meineke all he does is try to ripp you off and according to his employees this is not the first time he does this to a customer it is an on going problem.

When we brought our valid coupons there we were told they could not be used. Moreover, we were told the oil change should take about 45 min but when we came back an hour later the car was still not ready

Loud exhaust noise. Crawled under car. Broken pipe. Came into Meineke, they were able to repair, advise, and did not try and upsell. I have been to this location before. They are honest and fair and priced very reasonable. They run a very good business.

I check my car on neighbor hood auto mechanics which i go all times, his prices on my car brakes repair very high. This meineke fix my brakes & save $120. I am very happy & will go back if any other repair works.

Look at the estimates carefully. They offer half off brake pads. Only the original price they state id $176. I've never heard of brake pads being $176. Also, they push and push to try and do them right away. Stick to your guns and say NO. They told me my Catalytic Converter was plugged. I let them change it. Did not fix the problem I had and later found out it was way overpriced as well. I'm never going back there again.

We have been taking our vehicles to Meineke on Gravois for over 2 years and I cannot comment enough on the quality of service and honestly.

My experience with this Meineke has been the worst i have ever dealt with. Damon the manager or whatevet you call him seems all he know how to do is try to fix everything but the problemm with the vehicle. He just reminds me of a scam artist and dont care what the custers say or think. I WOULD never go to this meineke unless you have lots of money to blow on stuf you dont need.

I had my car repaired at this Meineke because it overheated on the highway and I could not risk any damage to the engine so I stop there. The service manager, Jason, was very nice and courteous. I ended up paying more money for the repairs I wanted to pay, but that always the case for everyone. But all the work on my 2005 Pontiac I authorized was repaired to my satisfaction, and they have an outstanding mechanic name John from the the island who was very knowledgeable and took the time to even take pictures of the damage to my vehicle on his cell phone and showed me the before and after results. Oh! And he's a dread, but don't let the looks fool you. He knows how to fix and repair cars, and did a great job to get my vehicle running properly again.. The store manager was there and offered me discounts on my return for oil changes, I guess since I spend so much that day. So overall I would go back to this Meineke to service my car because I believe trust as been established and felt like I was not not ripped off.

Will never go there again I took my car in for a simple tune up. But they noticed I had a leak. My car hasn't ran right since they replaced a hose. Not sure what else they did but they did something because my car hasn't ran right since. Before that it was fine I was driving it across the country now I can't drive it 30 miles without issues,

These guys literally changed the price half way through the job. then screwed my entire car up and made me pay in cash because they know they did something wrong. COMPLETE RIP OFFS. STAY CLEAR!

The Mechanic was a thief! He tried to tell me my truck failed inspection because the brake rotors had rust on them. And that it would cost 270 dollars to have all 4 cut! Little did he know I just had the brakes done. I took my truck down the road and it passed no problem. I would love to see that criminal out of a job!

Gave me estimate on repairs for a problem I was having. Two of the part prices they quoted were AT LEAST 400% markup of actual cost. Found out, after taking somewhere else (and checking also with at least 5 other shops), I only needed ONE thing replaced. Meineke's extremely outlandish high-priced rip-off attempts at their over 400% markup part prices were not even in need of repair or replacement!!! I wish one of those "Dateline" type investigations would be done on these crooks.

After having some issues with meineke years ago I was hesitant to go back, but my car was having serious issues and I was unable to be seen by anyone else in town with a problem that needed to be fixed ASAP! Not only did they get me in that evening, and had parts ready to go the next morning when they opened, but they went above and beyond what they had to do in order to assure my car was in great running order. They were cheaper than any of the other shops in town and they were very friendly and made my wait time an absolute pleasure!! I refuse to go anywhere else now.

This shop is under new ownership, management and has a new crew. They are honest, trustworthy and provide excellent service. I went to this shop a about a year ago and was very disappointed, but this shop has changed and i would recommend them to anybody.

Took my car in for a oil change and what i got was a $ 300 estimate. For brakes...the funny thing is i did my brakes a month ago.this place is out to take your money never going back......

DO NOT go here. I took my car here for a tune-up, and they put the WRONG spark plugs in my car. Ford spark plugs in my Chevy. While on a long trip, I had to pay 200 bucks in order to get my spark plugs replaced because my engine was acting weird. Lo and behold, it was because Meinkeke put the incorrect plugs into my car. I should not have had to pay to get my spark plugs replaced. I am not a happy customer and I do not recommend taking your car here.

Very poor service, they do a lot of guess work! I would not recommend them! I thought by me living in East Saint Louis I would give them my business but ended up taking my business to Fairview Heights Meineke to fix the problem which I had paid them to do! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else if you want the job done right.

Went to the Meineke Car Care Center today in Olive Branch, MS to have my check engine light checked. The light went off just before I got to the shop after being on for the past week. The tech was very unfriendly state that he could not check if the light was not on. I do not think that is true because I went Auto Zone and they ran the check and gave me the code. I stood in the shop office for several minutes before anyone recognized I was stand there, although there were two people on the phone. I feel this place has poor customer service and very unfriendly. I will not go there again.

Was told inspections were free but found out afterwards it's $70 to have your car evaluated. Then they wanted to charge me over $300 for a tune up. When I questioned them they said I could put the $70 toward my bill but if I refused the service I would owe $70. Total Rio off what is the difference in an inspection and an evaluation. They're synonymous. Total BS. They're nice but they stick it to you.

They tried to rip me off by telling me I had bad brakes and needed a new rotor. The job would cost me $220, i went home to do the work and discovered that my brakes were fine just needed a new rotor which I changed with help from YouTube, the job was slightly harder than changing a tire. It costed me $27 and the grinding noise I originally had was just somethin lodged in that they probably removed and didnt tell me about.

Having car fixed there was the biggest mistake I ve ever made! Charged WAY MORE than what the bill should have been for the repairs done. Double the labor price and 4x the amount for the parts installed, than other shops would have charged. Too bad I found this out after the fact!! Look up the reviews on this place on the internet and you ll see exactly what I m talking about!! Don t just take my word for it!! ANYPLACE is a better option than rocky point meineke!!! Charged over $1000.00 for what should have been $400 MAX elsewhere!! Live and learn, NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could have given a negative 10 number for a review, it still wouldn t be low enough!! Do yourself a big favor and pass this place by! If you broke down in front of it and had your car TOWED someplace else, your bill will still be cheaper!!!

I went in for a brake job and found out all I needed was new brake fluid. The price was great and the service was terrific. In today's world it's nice to have a business that doesn't try to take advantage of you.

have no idea what they are doing they told me it was one thing after saying ok fix it another person comes out and said it apears to be something else. saying oh well what we fixed was unsafe. it was safe enough to go 2200 miles. to get my truck back i had to pay 700+ dollars when it should have been less than half that. wouldnt carry a pair of roller scates in there

I've been taking my wife's car to this establishment for over a year now and I don't have any complaints. They seem to be efficient and work fairly quickly. It's always easier to call before for an appointment, but you can usually walk in for prompt service.

I was referred by another shop to take my Chevy Truck into Meineke for the check engine light, the entire staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They repaired only what was needed and didnt charge alot. My truck runs great....

Went there for my front brakes they not only had the best price but quick friendly service!

They Over charge for their parts, I compared the same parts online (mmog) with same warranty, for 30 dollars less.

I was very pleased with this shop. I went in to get a problem fixed that another shop screwed up and the owner was very professional and explained everything that was wrong and how they were going to fix it. He even let me use some coupons I had that were not really for the work I need to have done. Refreshing to find a shop that is both honest and quality work.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went here to get my car inspected, they said I failed because of my serpentine belt and said it would cost 300+ dollars. I went to my mechanic to replace the belt and he said that absolutely nothing was wrong with my belt and that it was in fine working order!! They were just trying to make more money off of me! Because everything is in the computer I now have to replace my belt costing me hundreds of dollars just to pass inspection! DO NOT GO HERE!

Worker shoved an o2 sensor in my car without rethreading the hole. I went back and the Mgr Sent me to get the car rethreaded so I went to Midas. Midas won't touch it becase Meineke did damage to my car by forcing the O2 sensor in. now Meineke doesnt wanna take responsibility!!!

I have tried 4 times (during a week & 1/2) to get on oil change @ the Queen/ Rutherford location here in Brampton, Ontario. We’re still unable to get a simple oil change. We wanted to see how well the oil change went before getting the rear defrost repaired as well. We need a full tune up & brakes done on our mini-van as well with possibly the shocks changed. I was told too busy... to call ahead. it was also explained that this location loses money on oil changes etc... I'm just fed-up of trying, trying, trying & trying.. I went over to Green & Ross, they took care of us straight away (no appointment). We have also booked in our vehicles for the aforementioned repairs this Monday. I'm letting you know how disappointed we are for even making the mistake to consider Meineke at all.

I Was Told By Anothert Shop That All My Brakes Were Worn Out . When I Got Meineke They Check My Car, And took me Out Into Shop And Show Me My Brakes. I Only Needed Front Brakes Not All Of Them. They Were Honest Price Was Fair. I Had Them Fix My Brakes, and Their Are Working Great, Thanks Meineke
