The care was fine.I have blue cross blue shield.and they put some kind of $50 fee extra that your insurance will not pay.when I inquired about this they said its due to them being a urgent facility.I receive no medicationand I was build over $200 I will not be back at this place again
Quick, caring, prescription on premise and straight home to bed. Great experience
They are the slowest urgent care I have ever visited! and not because they spend extra time with you. I sat in the waiting room long enough to watch them take a pt back, have their dr visit and be discharged before they ever triage the next patient multiple times. There is more than 1 room in the back.
Staff was poised & did their responsibilities very well. Doctors were slow, rude, and SLOWED the process down. Definitely not "express" in anyway... go somewhere else
I'm have been sitting in an office for 45 minutes w/o any contact. Very poor service. Very unfriendly. Recommend somewhere else..
I don't appreciate the fact that Dr. Pleasants was in a hurry to see me. I had questions and he gave brief answers and held the door opened signaling me it was time to go. I did not come here to wait for an hour just for a 5 minute check up. Not to mention, medexpress has diagnosed me with the wrong illnesses before on more than one occasion. I called the nurse about my medication and told her about the doctor. She told me this is an urgent care, and that it would make sense that the doctor diagnosed me with the wrong illness. Well, I truly believe it shouldn't lack high quality and care just because it's urgent care. Not to mention, they don't even know what's wrong with me. I came to see a doctor for a reason.
