Very good service. Breanna has a great personality over the phone. GREAT JOB. My favorite place to eat.

Food is not fresh as advertised. I watched through the window as the sandwich artist took the already cut meat out of a box and put it on my sandwich. Dishonest and disgusting!

Worst McAlister's of all in Charlotte as have been to most, but the help to the food is behind par.

This location is by far the worst I have ever experienced, the building is way to small to accommodate the amount of people trying to enjoy a meal, the staff is way to slow and midland locals are a breed of their own!
