I went there to get new tires and it took 3 hrs, when i was told it would take 1 hr, plus.... I didnt realize till i got home ,that my right front chrome rim was dented,and a center cap was missing on a rear rim. Just check your car before you leave or just dont go there!!!

I just cant say enough. They were FABULOUS!!! From customer service to repair what a fabulous expierence. Friendly group of people. Just wonderful. We need more places like this around.
I'm currently at mavis discount tire for a 11:00 appointment to have 4 new tires put on my car. It's now 12:15 and my car has not even been taken inside yet. If you choose this location for service I hope you have a lot of time on your hands!!!!
Friendly at front desk but after two alignments the car does not go straight and there are not any other issues.
Had Mavis put 4 tires on. They neglected to grind down oxidation on the rim, so for 6 months, we had slow and not so slow leaks on 3 tires. They kept on refusing to mount the tires properly...just added more seal to plug the leaks. Finally had hubby go there, IRATE, and they remounted the tires. We have had the car back for 2 days, Just drove it for the first time and the front end is now GRINDING, Of course, in true Mavis fashion, they deny touching the brakes or anything else in the front end (these are 3 month old rotors and pads). I will never return, They have lost me and my 4 vehicles for good this time.
