Review for: Marsh Supermarket in Indianapolis, IN
Awesome shopping experience
Was treated well as a FFSA shopper. Friendly and fast service at register.

Having grown up with Marsh Supermarkets, I am quite familiar to the high standards Marsh tries to maintain. Unfortunately, this particular store is it's absolute worst eyesore. I have lived literally around the corner of this store for over 25 years. Until this day, I have always maintained that I would rather 'gnaw an arm off' before I have to shop in that store, even for a simple item. When I go into any other Marsh Store, I am in such awe. Then I reflect and wonder what has happened to the eyesore in my neighborhood??
I just tried to call the Marsh 38th St store. Line was busy on the first three calls. The 4th call it rang, someone picked up and immediately hung up. What great customer service.
Great service. Exceptional meat products. Very friendly. highly recommend
Always receive Great Service and the store has great selection and is always super clean!
This was my go to grocery. I have the habit of shopping two or three times a week. Short trip, buying what I need for a couple of days or so. The quick lanes are rarely open so I get in line behind someone with a full cart. Then, unbeknownst to me, another lane opens and everyone behind me gets checked out before I even start. WTF! So, leaving my full basket I head for Kroger and their self checkout lanes. This is not the only time this has happened. Sorry Marsh, I'd rather shop a second time at a place that realizes good service.
the prices are very high and the workers lack good customer service skills, This store has always been that way even when it was under a different name. they need to change management and get rid of those employees that have been there forever and no longer care about how they treat customers. The whole atmosphere in that store is stale and unfriendly. I live nearby that store but I only go there once in a while as a matter of convenience and I only buy what I need to get me by until I can get to one of the other stores.
Donuts could be made fresher
Main street market is very overpriced store in Troy Ohio. I go to Kroger they have better meat and selection and better prices . Walmart is better store and less expensive than Main street market. The check out is slow and only one lane open at Main street market in Troy Ohio.
