I love Mac but sometimes the staff there is so snobby and rude my mom went in and asked for help and this employee just ignored her I had to ask another employee to help her.

Had a great experience here when I popped in quickly one day. The employees were extremely helpful and, even though it was quite obvious I know nothing about makeup, they didn't dumb anything down unless I asked.

I was waiting for Like 10 min for them to notice me there none of the two ladies ever asked if I needed help they ignored me and when I tried to ask for help they still ignored me I was so excited to buy some new lipsticks but never going there again !

Two weeks ago I made an apointment for 2:15 tO have make up done for a photo shoot. Today I arrived at 2:17 no one acknowledged me for several minutes. By the time someone asked if I needed anything I was told 2 girls would be infront of me and I'd have to wait for 1-1.5 hours for assistance. I then proceeded to Bare Minerals I waited for a mere 15 minutes had my make up done with no appointment and spent 150.00 in products. Due to the attitude from MACs staff I will gladly spend my money at Bare minerals!!

I went to Mac looking for a concealer and I also wanted to purchase a few lipsticks. I asked for help and the lady said to wait, so I waited and she starts helping someone else. So she tells the other girl to help me and the girl that was asked to help me looks at me rolls her eyes and turns around. I was so furious!! I put everything down and walked away, luckily bare minerals was right across from them so I just went there for my concealer. I still need lipsticks but I will never purchase anything from this location.

Today I sent my daughter to buy some concealer for me, and the sales associate was the worst. I think if you are in the business of dealing with the public you should do your job. Some people don't realize that with out patrons they would be out of a job. All I can say is this place should be closed down.

Shame on you MAC for stealing personal customer Visa Information. Thank Visa for tracking my purchases and they new something was wrong.

Omg this place is the worst Mac I've ever been too. First of all when I walked up the the "counter" I got no acknowledgment whatsoever. I would have left but I needed refill my product so I HAD TO ASK to be color matched! Then while I was sitting there letting her try to match me, the woman was just gossiping to a coworker complaining abt her other co worker! I couldn't handle it anymore I excused myself to go and pay and yet I heard about more drama at the register! These women don't even care that there are customers around!? Someone needs to take over and clean that place up. Not even worth rating one single star

I have been to Mac many times and every time I have had excellent service. All the girls there know their stuff. I used to be a benefit user but unlike the previous reviewer I can never find anyone who works there to help me that's how I got started on Mac a few years ago. You should go see them, they do great work!

This store has terrible service. They made us wait for over twenty minutes and they were really disorganized

Went on a weekday afternoon looking forward to a good experience with MAC ladies behind the counter... whoa... not so much. There were 2 girls and neither of them seemed to even care that I was interested in a purchase.. I love MAC makeup esp their eyeshadow but will never go back to this 1 again!! Rude, not helpful at all. Snobby is the best word. They acted like I was a nuisance & couldn't wait for me to leave... too bad because I was prepared to spend more than I did. I noticed as well that the other cosmetic counters ( particularly Clinique & Benefit ) seemed friendly, they were busy helping customers pick out shades, apply, and overall doing their JOB!!! I plan to call Macy's & report my poor experience.. thats how bad it was. Makeup isn't rocket science, but when I'm spending big $ opposed to NYC products at Walgreens... then yes, I expect excellent customer service. Do yourself a favor.. don't go to the MAC counter in Spokane North Division St.

I have been purchasing make up from this location for years. They are terrible with customer service. I always get the feeling they do not want to be there. I always end up picking out my own make-up. Luck have it, I tend to like what I pick out. I have emailed corporate without a response. I recommend going to a different location. The Bolingbrook one is way better!
