I tried to order something on line and have it shipped to the store in Hamilton. Unfortunately I could not change the ship to location. It keeps telling me that my store is in Ottawa. What is a piece of dudu. They should be ashamed of themselves. Whoever is in charge should be fired.

went down to the store today looking for a certain type of plant food.The girl in lawn @ garden told me she would help me shortly which was fine.Then when she came and ask what I was looking for and told her she said its on the back wall she was in to big of a hurry to go help unload a truck.So I see a friend of mine that helped me.So next time I know to go to the Greer store.
This Lowes has a long way to go to match the other /lowes locations i have done business. Management at this store needs a redo. If he/she can't hire/ensure staff that are customer friendly, I suggest finding someone who can.
everything always works and they have an AWSOME plan for plants if they don't live you can return for another

I don't know why you cannot have the store hours right on the web site? All the other Lowes do ... and if they do indeed fluctuate, well, just change them on the web site.
Lots of products, easy returns, friendly service, short lines, good sales, and promotions. It's the only hareware store I go to.
I'm so happy that we have a Lows cause went I need something they was there for me and the staff was great also keep up the good work.
Been trying for two weeks to get a dish washer installed. One call last week said I would be contacted to schedule installation, nothing happening. My son bought one at Home Depot two days before mine and he has had his installed since last Thursday. Lousy service communication.
This lowes is terrible. I spent over $2000.00 in a week at this location walked up to one cashier she picks up the phone starts dialing and turns her back not even acknowledge that I'm there. Go to the next cashier ask for some help To load the appliances I purchased and carpet wait outside 15 min no one came I asked some other customers going in to help me. I think that is sorry... I won't be back in this lowes anymore. Plus had to beg employees to wait on me in the store.

Customer service is a joke. Every time I'm in that store I tell myself I'm never coming back. 20 minutes before closing and they're hounding you to get out of their store. If they want to leave at exactly 9 o'clock Then close at 8:30! Tonight I asked somebody for help the guy looked up at me and said yeah I seen those before but maybe you should try this other area. So I go down to the other area recommended by the first guy. I told the lady what I was looking for and ask where it was. She said I don't know in continue to play on her computer. So I walked out of the store and threw down what I had in my hand. Over $200 in sales that they will never get back, Plus thousands of others !!! There are a lot of other stores that sell the same products. I am sure they will be happy to take my money. Thanks lowes!
This is the worst home improvement store I have ever been in. Terrible service, nasty ignorant staff and stores policies that defy ones imagination.
Had a high end dishwasher delivered by installer. When installer arrived he was alone and did not know how he would get the dishwasher up the stairs or get the old one down the stairs. Why would you come to install one of the heaviest dishwashers alone??? Was also not sure if he would be capable of installing the new one??? Left dishwasher in my garage and someone would "get back to me." Really??
I visited the Lowe's store on Clinton Highway to buy plants for my daughter's yard. An employee named Trevor was very friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and really seemed to enjoy his work, and I appreciated his help.
I rehab homes and purchase most of my products forms various lowes. In general they are a great chain However the Lowes on James Island ,SC is horrible. They are out of stock even on items displayed on their end caps. The departments aren't manned and the shelves are not stocked with many items that are sitting overhead! MANY employes just don't care to help. Others including managers are just down right rude.
Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles, deal with the traffic you'll have less frustration than trying to do a major project out of this store
Purchased a door at Lowes about 10 days ago. The guys who work in the department were very helpful and friendly. We're still waiting on the door to be installed. The Installer already more than likely has been paid and doesn't give a dam if the door is ever installed from the appearance of it. First he cancels out on a date my wife an I waited on him and now he has tried the same thing again. This is very unexceptable for a family that spends thousands of dollars every year for a company to allow this to go on if very unbusiness like. Good luck getting it installed is all I can say?

I have to say, I found the Staff extremely helpful and accommodating even right up to closing and, without attitude. My experiences with Lowes since they opened have all been good & their prices are the lowest.

Last week I went to Lowe's to purchase a weed trimmer, but while checking out I ran into a person named Lanise who was not very helpful & quite rude. I asked her if she could check my balances on my gift cards, but she did not cooperate, telling me to go back in line. I found another clerk who opened her window so I could complete my transaction. This is the first time I had a rude clerk since the store opened.
I saw some negative reviews on other sites. My experience has been very positive. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have had no problems at all with returns and can always find someone to assist me if needed.
I had a terrible experience at the Lowe's in Charlottesville. Not only were the folks at Customer Service and in Plumbing not helpful, but they were unfriendly and did not seem to care about their customers. I tried to return a broken product and was turned away from Customer Service and told to talk to Plumbing, where I stood and looked at two workers for 2 minutes while they talked to each other. Once the guy looked at me I explained that I was sent back to see him, and he looked at me like i was an idiot and simply said "what could i possibly do about this"? and tried to send me back to Customer Service. I didn't even bother and will never step foot in that store again. I'd much rather support the local small businesses anyway.
I realy felt bad for the person applying for a Lowes credit card. I was standing in line waiting to be served at service pick up area. There was only one server...who was taking information from a client reqesting a credit card.The questions asked to the person... Where are you employed, how much do you make an hour, how long have you been empolyed with the current employer. you address...etc.etc....Just want you to know that every question that was asked the person applying for the credit looked at me, and it really made me feel uncomfortable. I'm just saying...I really think you should tighten up on your privacey policey, It made me feel akward, and I think the person applying was totaly embarest by the fact that she had broadcast alot of her personal information to complete strangers...I'm sorry...this just dos'nt sit well with me....take care, have a great day.
This place takes advantage of it employees, treats no one with respect, and only cares about business expansion. Do not waste your time, shop local and take care of your community.

I purchased a mower from your store in Octobor, and only used one time. when I tried to start it March 9th this year it would not start. I went to the store and talker to a manager, he would not do anything that helped me. all he said it would cost Me money to get it fixed. This is not good customer service. My mower is not even a year old. If this is your policy I will not be shopping at your store again.
Apparently when you walk into the store at 7:55 there is a customer service girl who tells you the store is closing in 1 minute. After this I went to the Home Depot and I was still out of the store before they closed at 8:00. So much for Lowes having better customer service
My family and I made a visit to Lowe's, today. Even though the store wasn't crowded, it seemed to still have the horrible customer service that everybody comes to enjoy in this area. After selecting seeds for my up coming garden and bolts for my husbands project - the automatic checkout seems to have issues with weighing items in ounces when you place them in the bag after ringing them up. Well instead of the store employee realizing this problem (and being told by the customer {us}) that the items were rung up correctly, she HAD to comment that we (the dumb customer) didn't know how to properly ring up and place the item in the bag. That it must be 'US' that made the mistake. Well after she pulled out all the items and counted all 8 of the seed packets and 2 boxes of bolts - she placed everything back and walked away without saying one apologetic word for the store (LOWE'S SELF CHECK OUT MACHINES) mistake. To all employees of Lowe's and your executives: You are not the only people in the country or world that has any IT experience. Take it from a retired satellite/aerial image expert and senior programming specialist. So, with that being said, ' Maybe your employees needs better training in customer service and how to speak with the people that come into your store that supply them with local jobs or recalibrate your self-checkout machines to start weighing items being purchased in ounces and not only pounds. [IN THIS CASE, IT SEEMS]
Parked outside lawn and garden entrance to buy plants dirt etc. found everything as I shop there weekly or more but could not find the vegetable seeds. Could not find any sales clerks because guess what , they closed the doors and left, the rest of the store was open. After wandering around guess where we found the seeds, between the help desk and the cashiers. REALLY? Close the dept and leave? REALLY? Goodby Lowes
I was surprised and disappointed after paying $35 to have someone from Lowe's measure 4 rooms for carpeting, pad and installation with a promise to have the estimate done within 48 hours and now almost a week later, nothing has been accomplished yet only a promise that they would try and get something done by another 24 hours? Doesn't sound very professional to me.
This is the most poorly run store I have ever been in. You have to wait and wait for someone to serve you, then they don't have any information to give, I ordered a dishwasher and a stove. They only thing they were interested in was getting the sale, then looking for the next customer. I needed to change my phone number for delivery which took 5 calls then they were using the wrong number. The stove was delivered with a piece of paper saying dented on the side. I did not buy a scratch and dent. Will never go to that store again,
I was in lowes last month bying home improvement supplies not knowing exactly what i needed when this helpful lady asked me if I needed any help.She was very easy to talk to and did not make me feel stupid. She did not make me feel rushed and she took her time to make sure I had everything I needed for my projects. She was very helpful and I even noticed other staff members were asking her for help with their customers. I will be looking for her the next time I go to lowes on provincial Her name was Kole.
