It would be helpful if you would post actual hours of operation instead of saying that they may vary!

Was having trouble with my vehicle after arriving in Trail for long weekend. Went into Lordco to buy engine coolant and employee Jamie Heppner happily came out to help when he found out I was having trouble...even after determining I didnt need the coolant he continued to problem-solve for me. All this while making sure he wasn't neglecting his customers inside the store...he was able to diagnose my issue and send us on our way. Wouldn't take anything for his time. Lordco is lucky to have such a stellar indidividual on their team! Thanks Jamie!

All I want is to know your hours of operation but your website is really unhelpful. Mayn Be I am missing something, but after 5 minutes looking at your web pages I still can't find hours for the Nanaimo store.
