Poor management

Long silvers do not keep there doors open and they suppose to close at 9pm doors are always locked at 8 and they never answer the drive thru

unsatisfied cutstomers

Worst one that I have eaten at. never got a receipt for our meal. Service was good but they were out of French fries and corn for two days and then at the drive thru ran out of cole slaw.

Review for: Long John Silver's in Alexandria, KY

outstanding

I have never been to a restaurant,fast food or otherwise that I feel needed recognition but for the first time in my life I will give thumbs up to long John silvers in Alexandria because of the Young man who ran me down while I was driving out of the parking lot just to make sure my order was correct..it was correct and the food was perfect..keep up the good work guys!

Review for: Long John Silver's in Cuyahoga Falls, OH

no food ready

For the second time in 2 weeks I went to ljs to get dinner. Simple fish and chicken dinner. 1st time 12 minute wait at 515 pm. Second time 18 minute wait at 455 pm. This is dinner time and they have no food made? Also they are out of hush puppjes. What type of manager runs a restaurant at dinner time with no food prepared?
