I love the Knightdale store! The staff is so much nicer, friendlier & helpful. It's always bright and clean and always very put together. Better than others in the area. I drive out of my way to go to this store over triangle!

I suffer from a bladder disease known as interstitial cystitis. While shopping at your Litchfield Rd. store in Phoenix, I urgently needed to use the bathroom. I asked the saleswoman, who informed me that they did not have a "public" bathroom. I quietly explained the situation, showed a note from my urologist, and we went to see her manager. The manager again coldly stated that they did not have a public restroom, for loss prevention purposes. I felt forced to explain, again, my personal health issues, and then let the manager know that it was in violation of the ADA to refuse me access to a bathroom. She just repeated the nonsense about "loss prevention" and shrugged her shoulders. That store now has a "sale prevention" policy, as I have many friends and am happy to let them know about the compassion and helpfulness of their staff.

I shop Lane Bryant exclusively and have always been greeted very warmly at the beginning of my shopping experience and taken care of very nicely. I dress head to toe (well almost) in Lane Bryant and feel that the quality of the clothing is next to perfect! I always find something to wear and more! My children even know to shop Lane Bryant when buying gifts for me! It has always been the perfect fit for me and I am complimented on a regular basis for my outfits! Thank you Lane Bryant!
