Nice staff Not the the latest tech, but always clean

Can we do something about the college crowd who cant seem to get off of their freak'n cell phones?? And the college groups of kids...sometimes fiur to six in a group! ALL using the same piece of equipment!!!

I signed up with LA Fitness while on vacation in Escondido for ONE MONTH---now it's two months later and they are still billing me---what is up with that kind of business?

Loved this gym! The staff is always warm and welcoming. Great environment to workout without feeling the pressure that you have to be super fit. Cleanliness is good! Always see staff around cleaning different areas of the gym

The staff at this location suck!! They don't seem interested in new people signing up.

The gym is open very early throughout the week, but 8 on Saturday. Doesn't make any sense. The are a lot of cars waiting now. Why does it open so late on weekends?

Women's private workout room is great. Music in entire gym way way too loud always!

The gym is very dirty. The roof leaks the floor is all messed up it's missing a lot of equipment. The management and employees are very rude to the guests.

Went to a new spin class thier Caris at 8:15 it is one of your best classes!!! Thanks La fitness for adding!!!

This is the most unsanitary club in Ontario. Showers are mouldy and the staff just brushes you off.

Pros....Very happy with this gym, reasonable rates, has lots of room. Staff is friendly. Also locker area is kept up to par plus pool and hot tub. Cons....have not had any after 3months of being a member :)

LA Fitness should reconsider closing at 8:00pm on a Saturday I mean really people would like their daily routine work out on a Saturday !

Employees are arrogant and unprofessional. You're right, nothing but a bunch of young punks. Especially the salesmen. All they do is goof off in the back bouncing their stupid basketballs instead of actually working. Corporate needs to be aware and clean out the scum working here.

I totally agree with this person's review about the club's receptionists most especially the one's in the morning. They are more busy chatting to each other than saying hi and giving a smile to members. There is one lady here that scans my card and just looking out. It feels like someone forced her to work. This is everyday! I have been coming to this gym for almost a year now.

This club is friendly clean and large for the money

No, our facility isn't as nice as some of the others but that is due to lack of members, the more activity the gym has in comparison to the others around the more likely we are to get an upgrade. The staff is nice, especially if you are nice to them. For those of you who work out at 5am, the staff may not like working that early so cut them some slack. Management does not have to be at the gym until 9 or 10 am, which is stated by cooperate policy for regular business hours until 5. So if you need anything done, that's the time to be there. Also, it does no good to complain about the music. There are only 2 radio stations available. And if the music is not on, there is a reason for it, such as the front desk doesn't have the key all the time. It is the janitors responsibility to turn on the music so don't get mad at the only person at the front desk for no reason. Some people should be nicer, it's gets you further in life.

I was curious as to how the Operations manager got her job with no credentials or college degree as the Operations manager at other locations have degrees also The Operations manager at the Burlington branch has got to be the rudest persons I have ever met and I was not the only member to complain about her.she was rude and when working out you can hear her voice carry throughout the club. This in my opinion is not by any means professionalism,This is a person that should not be in customer service.

Do not sign for contracts longer than one year. If you have to relocate LA Fitness will not refund the money if you move to a place with a Gym less than 5 miles, regardless of the feasibility of you getting there. I am moving back to NYC, I don’t have a car and they pretend that I can cross the Hudson River and go to NJ to one of their clubs. They do no know anything about the public transportation there, and I believe they don’t really care. I will never, ever sign up for LA Fitness again. Club: Wyomissing, PA

I love the Lloyd Center L.A Fitness gym for several reasons it's in the neighborhood & the staff is very friendly & the ladies locker room is beautiful with nice tall wood lockers and it's always clean & the weight room is wonderful with lots of hand weights & weight machines with lots of treadmills/elipticals,etc with lots of room to walk/move around & there's several woorkout rooms & a bike spinning room & a full basketball court & swimming pool & hot tub & 4 closed off racket ball courts and most of all lots & lots of parking!!! I love my Lloyd Center L.A Fitness!!

I have been going to gyms for over 40 years, in NY and now PA. LA Fitness is above average. They have free weights, machines and plenty of cardio equipment, plus classes. I have never had to wait long to use any equipment. The bathroom and showers are clean, plus it it is bright and well lit. If there are any drawbacks, it is that the place could be a little cooler in the summer. Plus I noticed that the employees don't really help you unless you pay a trainer to help you. Lucky for me that I know my way around gyms.

you need to hire more friendly ladies in the reception desk. most of them are snobby. i love this place but i hate to check in sometimes, because most of the girls are not paying attention. they don't even say hi, they scan the club card and busy chatting with their co worker. its not very pleasant to come here once in a while. times like this, you guys have a lot of competitors. Train your associates to be more friendly.....

I joined the gym and two days later I saw a offer online for a cheaper price, I went to the location thinking they could take care I it but I got the complete run around and I ended the membership. They at ripoffs and try to make you pay the most for a package they email you cheaper

A family member had his truck broken into in there parking lot. The police did the report and said that his was the third one that day. The police said that the cameras on the outside of LA Fitness are fake. So be wear of you surroundings.

Even though I showed proof that my trainer never showed up for the session LA Fitness still charged me for the session.

The people at the front desk are ALWAYS upset and rude. They look like they don't want to be there. All they do is complain about people, and they just scan my tag and don't even welcome me. I asked how someone was doing once and he said, "I don't want to be here". However there are a few people that are helpful. Also it's a rip off. I hate you have to pay the first and the last month. Other places dont have a commitment thing. Also, $30 bucks a month. That is OK. But $15 a day is RIDICULOUS.I say go to planet fitness or fireworks.

Beware of signing a contract with La Fitness , you have only seven days to cancel , and you sign a computer box ,so you don't know what you are signing .My girl friend sign up at the wade green location for three months , but they had her down for a year , Then they told her if she wanted out of the contract it would be $1000 , And if you bank card expires they will call you incessanly , They call us 20 times over three days .

Had a great water aerobics program until approximately 6 weeks ago. Instructor left and gym has not replaced instructor. Have relied on fillin instructors--program is not effective. Too bad, best I had attended in many years. Gym management does not seem to listen to requests of patrons.

This club has a terrible customer service and membership team - I have requested my account to be changed 3 times in the last 4 months, yet they continue to charge at the higher rate. Then, finally, I get a real person to make an update and they argue that Ive used the club in the last 2-3 months so they cant back date the refund.

Sometimes when I come into the fitness center the employees at the front desk, to put it nicely, look so miserable that it makes me not want to come in. Also I spoke with laura on the phone today and was so rude I felt like I was bothering her. This is somthing that most, not all, of the employees need to work on. Some are just so negative and angry. Its very unwelcoming.

This gym does not care about keeping the lockers and restrooms clean. the staff is just a bunch of trainers with nothing to do. they need to hire custodians instead!

La fittness in Monroeville has most dedicated instructors. The one hour of Aqua fitness is a totally body work out, it is fun and hard working in the water. People are friendly and polite and the instructors always give us the best and newest instructions. When anybody is away, we always glad to be back in the water with the group.

This LA Fitness is going downhill at a breakfast pace. Under new management this LA Fitness is a dump. Terrible customer service, dirty environment, health hazard.
