The people at this lab corp are very rude and unprofessional!! They treated very badly as if I was asking them for a favor they even had the audacity to yell at my child!!!

my mother went to Dr Rubino office that moved down to McAfee and told my mom to walk 1.5 miles down rt 94 with a walker. thank god a nice girl picked her up on a busy highway. Labcorp has no respect for elderly people and told her it was a short walk. They suck. I will post this on media to let others know they have no respect for an elderly woman

You guys need to rethink your hiring techniques you need to look for those who poses the right attitude because some of you staff ar rude

The staff is so nice the waiting area is VERY clean and has crayons for kids to color. I have been to this location several times and never waited more then 10 mins for my blood draws.

The Orange Texas location has the worst answering service I've ever had the dis-pleasure of listening to. The recording rambles on forever then when it does ring in order to connect you with customer service, you get an answering machine that says they're not available, call back later!!! Are you kidding me? I will NEVER use your service...what a crappy way to treat customers!!

I have been using Lab COrp at this location 3 times a year for 17 yrs....the staff over the years has been excellent, private and well experienced. The wait time is amazingly quick.

There were about 10 ppl in the waiting room when I arrived and they said nothing about being short handed. There was only one person on the sign in sheet ahead of me with an appointment and I literally saw about 10 people who came in well after me get in and out without appointments when I was finally called for my information it had been about an hour and five minutes and then it took about fifteen more minutes until I was called

Telephone call went directy to voice mail and voice mail was full!

The most painless, hassle free blood draw I have ever had performed on me! The highest degree of professionalism all around.

I am a physician and so I have a lot of experience dealing with the healthcare system. This is by far one of the worst healthcare businesses you will ever deal with. I live 5 minutes from here but drive 30 minutes to go to a different facility. The people who work here Are the most miserable disgruntled employees you will ever deal with outside of government employees. They are on a power trip and seem to enjoy making you wait and be uncomfortable. I recommend going to Grandview hospital outpatient lab in sellersville or harleysville instead. Both are labcorp draw sites and much more pleasant

This lab is terrible, the staff is so rude and they are very unfriendly. I have had blood taken many times in my life and never had any issues. At this lab it was painful and i got a bruise. I was forced to give a rating, but i wouldn't give this lab a star. I will not be returning to this lab for any further lab work.

I went to this location for work to get a blood test. Everyone else at my job that went to different locations got their results the next day. I have been waiting for almost two weeks now and everytime my employer calls them they are busy!! The girl in the front is rude and looks miserable. The guy was nice, but they're very very unprofessional here. Not a place I would go to again, pick a different location no matter the drive!

They do not answer the phone so it was impossible to get hours, or set an appointment. Very unprofessional.

This company is not interested in pateint care, they are only interested in money!! Recently I had blood drawn there, the phlebotomist hit a nerve in my right arm causing tremendous pain and numbness. I called corporate office, finally spoke with a "supervisor" whoobviously did not care and did not take a report. Lucky the problem resolved but I am sure if it did not, it would have been like 'pulling teeth' to get Labcorp to step up and help me! Then a friend needed blood work drawn for Emory, they would not do it because they could not process it, it had to go back to Emory for processing. Quest Diagnostics took his blood gladly and with kindness and care. Labcorp IS ONLY concerned about how much money they make and not serving their patients using best practices. AVOID them. If you live in Seneca you can have your blood drawn at a facility that does care for about you instead of the bottom line. Go to Quick Draw on Clemson Blvd, 888-0027. AVOID LABCORP!!!!!!

I have been going there for years. They are convenient, reliable, caring office. I always felt comfortable when having to have my blood drawn.

This facility felt and looked so dirty that I was thoroughly disgusted and had to leave. It was also packed (10:00am on a Monday) that there is nowhere to sit and several people were standing. The wait was a minimum of an hour and it was very stuffy inside. The lady behind the window ignored me standing there. When finally asked a questions she seemed very out of it, wasn't helpful, attentive, or reassuring. Very disgusted by this facility.

This Lapcorp location is awesome!! The staff is friendly, prompt and highly effective. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes to have my blood drawn. I always schedule an appointment, so I'm usually in and out in no time.

Rude and 5 minutes before the cut off time for lunch they sent people away stating that it was lunch time, come back sorry about you luck?????

Attitude of front desk personnel is "icy" at best and somewhat confrontational at times! While the job isn't that of a CEO, some customer service skills should be used! Attitude of the folks taking the blood is outstanding! Can't understand the difference between the two positions!

This location has staff that are very unfriendly. I came in at 11:30am for a test on Saturday morning only to be turned away very rudely, even though they advertise that they are open until 12 noon. I understand it is a business but please hire people who actually care about people.

Employees are very rude and unprofessional, they should have proper training and customer service skills and people skills we own a small business in Albuquerque and will never use them for our employees ever again!

This was seriously the most disrespectful staff I have EVER had to deal with. Not to mention they are telling the person I am supposed to work for that they have no records of me taking a test there.. WHEN I DID. I have nothing good to say about this business. They should all be fired.

I went in at 3:30pm and was seen immediately, the technician was very friendly, talked and put me at ease and was done in minutes! Right in WalMart. You can make reservations on line too!

Horrible customer service.

No one should go here to do the lab test. This is a worst lab test ever. We arrived at middle of a weekday, there is one before us, and we still have to wait for over 30 minutes. The staff are very unprofessional... It's close the lab.

i've come here several times for blood work. It is so fas and easy. The staff that i have encountered (only 2) have always been great they are quick but don't rush.

Even with an appointment you wait forever. Front desk employees are usually miserable and disorganized. They even billed the wrong state on my insurance! This was not just one time. I have been here before and same thing every time! Because of insurance I have to use Labcorp. I'm actually thinking of paying out of network to avoid this place! The phlebotomists are nice...if you ever get back there!

Lab Corp should consider opening their labs in all locations on Saturdays and have earlier hours than what they have currently. The waiting times for patients waiting to have their lab work is anywhere from 2 hrs to 4 hrs.

The people working at the front desk are incredibly rude and discourteous to the patients. It is ridiculous.

Glad I didn't read the previous review. Clean, very nice, scheduled appointment afternoon before was walking out of building 5minutes after appointment time!

I was a little discouraged when I got to the lab early in the morning because there were so many people in front of me and I didn't have an appointment, and to my surprise the wait was not long at all. They are very organized and once I was called for the actual blood test, it took less than 30 secs and I didn't even get light headed like I have my whole life with needles. The nurse was very nice and efficient. They are experts and very professional. I am very pleased.

I tried for one hour to contact labcorp to cancel an appointment. I followed all prompts then was cut off. I want to cancel 4/18 appt. @ 1:15 pm.

I have small veins and go to this Labcorp particularly because the girls stickme one time and I'm done. No matter where else I go, my veins are tortured. These guys are really good at what they do.

Pretty easy to find the site but finding the hours is impossible

Of course I cannot speak for every employee at this facility, but my experience was irritating enough to write a review. In short, the service was SLOW and at least one of the employees were rude and not the least bit helpful. It would have been nice to see anyone in this office work with just a little sense of urgency.

Never seems a long wait for service.

I hate having blood work done. I always pass out and it is always horrible for me. Amanda at Labcorp in Stone Oak way awesome! I warned her before had that I get really nervous and pass out, so she talked to me the whole time to keep my mind off of it and kept me calm. I didn't pass out. I hardly even felt what she was doing (and she needed a lot of blood for my test)! I will never go anywhere else. Request Amanda!

Plan to spend at least an hour waiting for a simple drug test. Staff is very unprofessional.

my children need blood work frequently and this is the place with the most qualified technicians!!!

I wish I could show pictures. I had blood drawn by one girl and it hurt! She was careless and left a huge lump that bruised, making me look like a drug user. I went back a couple days later and requested the one I knew was an excellent phlebotomist. I barely felt anything and she left only the needle mark. No bruising. There is a special way to take blood and they all need to learn to pull the skin tight before sticking the needle in. Please educate everyone who does this! Simple technique.

The nurse at the front desk was very personable and kind. The nurse who drew my blood was obnoxious... She is rude and so unfriendly. I've had her in the past and it's the same every time she draws my blood. It's like I'm annoying her by being there. Unfortunately she had no name tag so I don't know who she was. She did wear glasses.

They drew 4 vials of blood. Very uncomfortable and it was supposed to only be 2 vials max. Do they know what's going on?

I have never been treated so rudely. I am a professional and had to have a routine drug test for a new company position and the attendant at the labcorp at 8313 Southwest Freeway in Houston was so unprofessional and hateful.

She slammed the door as 2 different patients left the back office with her foot, rolled her eyes and acted plain burdened to have customers in the office.

The lady who helped us had a positive attitude. We didn't have our insurance cards, yet she did everything she could to get the information. Such kindness should be an example for clinics everywhere!

I was very nervous to have some testing done, as I am scared to have blood drawn, but they made me feel very at ease and it was very quick too. Everything was done in a prompt manner and I really appreciated how well they treated me.

We went there to get some titers drawn for my husband to get a job. Two weeks later and no results were sent to the doctor's office. When i tried calling the LabCorp office, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and when I finally got to speak to a human being, she said I had to call the corporate office or the doctor's office could get the results online. We were told when we had the labs drawn that the doctor's office would get the results within 48 hours! No mention of getting the results online. Plus, we were not given any account number to be able to call the corporate office to obtain these results. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and I have never had such incompetent service in my career. I would recommend going someplace else that can actually do what they say. Plus, online, I was quoted one price and charges a MUCH higher fee at the facility. I would give them no stars, but you have to put in at least one star.

I can tell you I sent a patient there and they were so Rude to them it was unreal! Then told them that they didn't have a real RX, and was question why some test were marked out, and why, hello just do you job and do what you are asked, and yes real RX, They are lazy, Rude and would not return phone calls , going on Day Three.. Don't use....

the recording for labcorp is just that, a recording. I would like to speak to a person. Also, the fax number is rattled off so fast, i don't know what it is.

I had the most wonderful experience at this location today. The staff were wonderfully nice to me and the phlebotomist was outstanding. I definitely recommend this location for sure.

I will never go back to that Lab again. I waited close to 1 hour. The place is like a zoo. The staff up front have to check you in, answer calls and sent you back to the techs to get tested. While doing all of this they are trying to complete your paperwork. If everything gets done correctly I will be surprised. You are treated like a number ...No expressions on the face of the employees except yawn's (while they are talking to you). I have never been on goverment assistance but I am guessing its run somewhat like this lab. Once you get into the back to get your blood work done you can breathe. The techs are great and professional. the girls upfront look like they are working in a bar. Huge earrings, chomping on gum. The are not professional at all. I will try the Cherry Hill Lab and see if they are run a little better.

Only one person or two for the volume of patients, you have to wait hours, even with appoiment

I've never had a bad experience with them. My veins roll and all the women from this facility are able to find a vein with one stick (my doctor's office turns me into a human pin cushion). The women are also very nice if you just strike up a conversation with them.

They don't pick up their phone. Always busy.

These clerks are very efficient, the place is clean, and they took my stool samples off my hands.

Tried to call from 7 to 8 am on a Thursday to get lab work done. Listening to the answering machine play music, telling me a representative would be with me shortly. Hangs up on you after it plays through 3 or 4 times. Call it back and still waiting..........

I had some blood drawn around Christmas. The technician was very moody and after the blood was drawn my arm hurt for 5 days and ruined my Christmas. Go to the labcorp on banning street, eden hill. The staff is friendlier.

As soon as you walk in the office you can sense her attitude ..... no greeting or anything ...... in the middle of asking me for my info she just got up and walked away.... Besides HER not knowing how to use the computer it was making all this excuses for it ............. besides not using a BADGE she didn't even introduce herself.....This is the first and last time I will go to this office .....

I had to leave this review because I never had a blood test with so much pain ever. First of all the girl that took my paper work at the front desk also took my blood. No one else worked there. The second she stuck the needle in my arm it hurt so bad and I didn't say anything and she kept saying sorry, sorry. So she knew she was hurting me, than she banged into the needle that was in my arm and said sorry. When I went home and took off the bandage I was purple, yellow and green. I just had a blood test the week before in my doctors office and felt nothing and they took 3 viles not one. Terrible technician. They need a supervisor in this office to watch these people.

I have gone to this lab several times and have always had a great experience. The tech's are fast, professional and nice. However, last week I had an awful experience and as a result my entire arm is bruised and swollen. The tech was very professional, but either inexperienced or too aggressive. I am not going back to this Labcorp and its too bad because I really liked it.

Anytime one must get poked by a needle it helps if the Tech is efficient and friendly. At the Lab Corp you get what you need and are in and out quickly.

The staff there was so amazing. Everyone was so nice and they made me feel like I was going to my granny's house with their loving warmth. They were very clean and they didnt hurt at all when they took the blood. I highly recommend this facility and this staff! A+++++

My Mother who is in a wheel chair went to go get blood work and they refused to take her blood with out a urine test. She had been fasting all morning!! They are very rude and will not help at all!!!!!

This lab is well run and the wait is acceptable. The tech I had was excellent at drawing blood. It is easy to make appointments on line.

I had the worst experience recently at this location on Kisker. The woman who drew my blood did not do it properly and it was VERY painful when she was trying to find the vein. After a few moments she said 'Does that hurt?' As if she couldn't tell by my face! So she went in the other arm and the vile started to fill, but then it 'fell out' because her hand slipped and she had to stick me again. I went home and I was bruised immediately but thought nothing of it. Well it has been 2 weeks and I am having horrible pain in the arm that she initially tried to take blood from. It is not bruised, so I believe she hit a nerve because my forearm burns and the pain goes all the way through to my thumb. I can't straighten my left arm without pain. Nerve damage can take months to heal and I am NOT happy. I also agree with the other review, there is no privacy in this place. A tiny little curtain separates you from chairs with people sitting about 5 feet away. Also it was hard to figure out where to sign in and where to wait. Luckily there was a gentleman working at that time who saw me looking lost and directed me to the right place.

Poor customer front-end service: with a see-saw tone in her voice, the clerk shows a great deal of adamant behavior when things do not go "her" way. She tells or informs patients they need to call "prior" to expectancy of paper work from hospital after being informed by the hospital clinic they would have paper work "faxed" over!

The clerk offered no assistance to me by calling to the clinic to request document faxed.

I had to get a cortisal 24 hour test to test for Cushings. Ordered by my doctor and each time I went there they had no clue what kind of test it was and had me test for creatine twice. They finally got it right the 3rd test but it was ridiculous and the employees are terrible and are really inept. Do not go there if you are concerend about your own health. I want to write a letter to a manager or higher up to help this place so no one else is hurt or inconvenienced by the workers there.

I think the place is fine. I never had trouble with any one there. I do not call them. They are close. I drop in, get blood taken, and boom, done. it's quick, easy. Love the eariler hours. Wish they listed them here ont he site!?!

this business is ran mostly by one young lady...she handles appts, calls, testing, EVERYTHING...and she does it all very professionally and quickly...she handles the office and testing expertly and does it all with a smile...u don't get much better than this! craig, C.C.

I think your site stinks. I tried to get on your site and my daughter helped me. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 8:45 A.M. and did not receive a confirmation from you. I just tried to check to see if there was some way to see if I truly had an appointment and there was so way. It just said my time had expired. Well I'm not expired and I'm not happy with your system. When I lived in St. Petersburg, my doctor Miguel Fana had people who did our lab work and I didn't have to schedule appointments with you. I am not happy your system. I'd rather call on the phone and make an appointment and be sure I have an appointment with a real person...not a computer!

Sat on hold for over ten minutes with the Crain hwy location. They are rude and as far as I know, useless. I called Pasadena and they answered imideately and were pleasant and answered my questions.

Great staff and a great phlebotomist. I drive my sister-in-law to this location quite frequently. I am now trying to contact my insurance company to see if I can now go to Lab Corp instead of Sonora. Thanks, Jim.

The front desk girls are nasty.. No customer service what's so ever... Bad attitude... Unwelcoming.. When I went in the room with Maria, she was talking about her personal life and had the needle in me but pulling up.. I was bruised.. I will NEVER NEVEr go to that location again

Google search result for Labcorp in Tallahassee gave me the info I needed to decide which location to go to. However, the hours of operation were not visible to these old eyeballs and I had to make a phone call for the info!

The technicians at the Kister Rd location are excellent...they are experienced at drawing blood. Often other technicians have had problems with finding the vein, but they are great. If feedback were only on technicians it would be a five star. I rated 3 star only because of the lack of privacy for patients having blood drawn. Other patients can see into the room where blood is being drawn from patients.

Very friendly and efficient. Results were to Dr. the next day before noon.

I went to Lab Corps on the recommendation of my doctor. I arrived and the waiting room was full. I did not have an appointment. Albert was at the receptionist desk and politely advised me how to proceed. I was taken in order and only waited about 30 minutes while those who had an appointment went first. ( as it should be). I did not have my medical benefits card with me. Albert was able to process my work without it. He then telephoned my doctor and gathered the benefits information without any further requirements from me. It was definitely a pleasure to use this office and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

I recently went to this lab and they were amazingly speedy and very nice!! They do ask for a credit card up front but that is just in case insurance has a copay. And you don't have to give it if you don't want to. I would definitely return. And when they did the blood draw it didn't even hurt, it was a great experience.

~90 min wait for drug screen during appropriate toxicology time frame. Poor service and inefficient employees.

Bu far the worse lab i have ever been to. More than 45 minutes waiting, while there was 1 patient in front of me. Costumer service was horrible. I recommend noone to ever go there
