Review for: Kroger in Little Rock, AR
Pharmacy
Very unprofessional. Very disorganized. Poor service
Very unprofessional. Very disorganized. Poor service
While the store is in an older building in East Nashville, the employees are great, the food is awesome, and the pharmacy gives the best & most considerate service to me, a stranger who visits a few times per year....
I Love This Store Soo Much Even The Cashiers Make Me Happy
The store has a bunch of liar's in the customer service area. The biggest one you cant trust is Nathan.
Kroger on fry and west little York is the worse kriger we been into there delis area is sad hubby and I been in there different times never can get any help at deli stand there for ever so weahip at the one on better cypress alit better customer service there !
I've been shopping at this krogers since it opened! Tonight we were in the store and I have never been so disappointed! The produce was empty and looked awful! Also the produce section was so dirty!!! Have they changed management? Something needs to be done ASAP!!!
They provide the best costumer service and everyone is just so happy and friendly.
We need a Kroger in Chattanooga, TN!!!!!!!!! Please come back!!
This is one of the nice stores to shop at I find the lay out very nice . Also very clean store an nice washrooms .My wife like to shop here as well an we come from Canada to shop at this store. The staff is also very nice .
P/s the Entrance in the winter fills with water the floor is low there they need a drain system so the floor stay clear. Of water
If you have a check to cash , dont bring it to Krogers on thompson. no matter how big, they pay you in 20's . even up to $2000. and the manager could care less !!!!
Just so you guys know when you get a truck everyone is supposed to work on it from different departments. Not one person all the time you guys should take that into consideration. Who ever the bosses are should be fired for putting that one employee though all that shit. Terrible store in general, I'm suprised the staff puts up with the head boss cause if it where me I'd shoot myself in the back room.
It's so awesome
Never stocked, dirty. U would be lucky to get meat from the butchers because they dont show up
Don't know what is going on with the meat at this store but the past 3 times I have had to take the meat I purchased back because it was ruined when I opened the package.
This is our regular grocery store. The staff is friendly and the store is well maintained. We stock up on the sale items which they have weekly.
Kroger employee not talking with the customer.employee did not answer my question, chairs and tables are not cleaned. and the employee is very rude. i Strongly did not recommend to go to this store especially 11895 W Broad St,Richmond,VA,23233.
The associate at self. Check has been very helpful. Personality Was good. .
Awesome store!! Has everything you need!!
I have been to the Kroger store I. Hilton Head. SC. What a great store! We definitely need more near or in Chattanooga. Tn!
I never shop at this store if I can help it. Their meat has went way down hill & they never know what products they have or don't have. They are soo expensive to shop at. I hate it that their meat is soo expensive & you always have to buy 2 of everything to get one free & then the price is soooooo jacked up. I much rather shop at Meijer & then Walmart.
cashier KyCHIA was rude and disrespectful and the bookkeeper was worst.
I bought 8 sodas. (2/$3) when this lady cashier scanned it it got spilled..she didn't even said sorry for her actions so i just get a new so she could change that..after I paid I swipe my card i notice she didnt hand me my receipts so i ask for it & said ty but when I check it she charged me nine sodas i only got 8..so the soda that she take out & got spilled she still charged it to me..I went back to her but she's just so arrogant and didnt even apologies for her action! WTF! I wonder if their training would include to be polite and nice to customers! That's why I learned my lesson never go on the cashier bec. Of not good customer service I'd rather use the check out lane! So my rating is very very poor customer service! I wish they have training for people with attitude problem! Bec these kind of employee gave the company a very bad reputation!
Very clean and well stocked store. I always find bargains using my Kroger Plus card
Great store! I do all my shopping here. The best selection of organic and natural foods in the area. I use my Kroger card and prices are the best. Friendly workers.
I spend a lot of time at various grocery stores in the Macon area. Kroger on Zebulon Road is ALWAYS used as my "emergency" shopping stop. This stores rates "very bad" on every scale there is- cleanliness, accessibility, good quality/availability, and ESPECIALLY customer service. It almost seems as this store has gone above and beyond to TRY and hire the "worst of the worst". I have yet to meet ONE employee that was friendly or helpful.
Friendly people, deli lady was very helpful, friendly, and funny. She was new. Good job and good luck
In the past I have filled put info sheets in the store to rave about an individuals service. Now you must use your stub from shopping. I want the manager to see this!!' A fairly new cashier named ABE is the best cashier u have ever had in the past ten years of shopping there. He is exceptional n every customer service charm,.efficiency nice looking and caring about your customer he is Mr. Customer service. ABE the cashier does a great job macon McDavid 919 623 5912 , ABE is awesome McDa vid Raleigh
They have the most hateful boy/tech that works in this department, he never smiles and looks completely bored like he is doing YOU a favor. I HATE getting stuck with that kid. THen I had a "pharmacy" card that I had called about and waited 45 minutes on the phone. YES, I said 45 minutes on the phone and no one ever bothered to get back with me or say, "Hey, sorry this is taking a while"! I finally gave up. When I actually went in person the next day after 5:00 pm (yes, I have insurance and pay $420.00 because I am a teacher)....they tell me that my insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) will not cover the medicine so the card is invalid and now the medicine is like $340.00! Ain't that a bitch? I hate Kroger Pharmacy and I hate Blue Cross/Blue Shield. It sucks paying for your way to only find out that it doesn't pay!!!!
I actually drive a bit out of my way to go to this Kroger. However, the staff is friendly, and says, "hello" when I come across various personnel there. Given I go there almost every day for something, it's nice to be recognized as a loyal customer. The prices are overall good, and the selections are numerous. Glad to have this store around!
I would like to make a comment requesting a product be stocked and don't find an easy way to do it, so here goes. Recently the County here started picking up recyclables at the roadside and they require clear plastic bags to be used. I noticed you have been stocking the clear lawn and leaf bags in abundance. What about those of us who don't have that much to recycle every two weeks? Please try to stock a tall kitchen can size as well! It seems so wasteful to recycle a few items in such a huge bag! Thanks so much.
When you go to work please leave your nasty attitudes at home. I hate to say I rather do business with any other race but black people because they Suck Bad as far as how they carry themselves. Life is to short to be in a bad mood.. Grow up!!!!
this kroger is open till midnight but they send all their staff home at 9 p.m.the only lines open are the self checkout lanes. I spent 30 minutes in line before I finally left all my groceries there and went home. Very disappointed in their service. If you are going to be open till midnight you need at least one line with a checker working that lane. I saw several people walk out and some did not even come in the store when they saw how long the line was.
I like the friendly service and the waiting time isn't very long
I shop alot of Krogers and this store is the Best one I have ever shopped. I use coupons and have for many years. The management and employees here have always been so friendly and helpful. This is My Krogers ! Have shopped Tullahoma Krogers for over 20 years. I refer everyone I know to this Kroger store even my out of town friends. I live in Morrison but it is more than worth the drive to go to this one and no other. Thank You Krogers of Tullahoma. I look forward to the next 20 years!
We had a huge cart full of over 100 items and were told that we would have to use the self checkout because it was late. The store was open yet no cashier could/would help us check out. We were expected to use the self checkout. This was a Friday night at a Kroger Signature store. I am not a happy customer! We left and did our shopping at HEB and were checked out by a real live cashier AND a sacker. Manager on duty was named Benjamin. What a waste of two hours of shopping.
I've shopped at this store for many years, but the last few times it has been a pretty poor experience. I understand they are under contruction, but that does not mean the quality of the products should be as poor as they have become. The fruit and veggies are nasty with fruit and other bug flying around. Get it together folks.
This Kroger is clean and safe inside however their parking lot can be a mess. Cars go in every direction and people do not look before crossing the street and the store is always busy. Their product are always good.
I shop at your store often and get my prescriptions there also. I came there to shop on July 3 at 9:25 PM. I went to the Customer Service Desk first to purchase lottery tickets and the manager was paged but did not answer. The desk still had no one there at 10 when is should close. The guy that paged the manager went into detail about scheduling and went on and on about a problem it was because of computer scheduling. When checking out there was only one lane open and it took over 15 minutes to check out. The clerk apologized and was nice. Why would you only have one check out line open on a night before a Holiday. Not a pleasant experience! Get it together or close early.
I'd avoid this Kroger---it's not very clean and they never have samples. However, the Kroger in Oakwood is very nice, super clean, extremely well-stocked and has a wide array of delectable samples, especially on Saturdays. Interestingly enough, the Needmore Kroger and the Oakwood Kroger price items the same, even though they appear to be of superior quality in Oakwood.
This is the most mis-managed store I have ever shopped in. I have had to ask several times for product that was not available on the shelf, but instead still in the stock room. The manager of the store guaranteed a product to be on the shelf on Wednesday and Thursday it was not. It cost me gas and an hour of time only to find out that the product has been discontinued. The manager of this store should take training from the manager of the west side store or seek employment where they do not make decisions!
Even the managers are unprofessional ugh
I've been going to Kroger pharmacy for about thirty years now. I will not set foot in another Kroger now. The reason for this is just two days ago I went there to fill a prescription for a legally obtained controlled medication as I was injured very badly in an auto accident and am currently disabled and was told they do not fill for this particular doctor. This is ridiculous Kroger...I spent money on bus fare to go across town do business there and get that kind of treatment? If ya'll are thinking you are doing this as some kind of positive, constructive, political statement I read you loud and clear. Kroger it seems doesan't have a problem mock fighting the war on drugs at the expense of their long-time patients health and well being. You need to trade that Hippocratic oath in for an oath of office and get you a voter base instead.
you should be ashamed of yourselves for overpricing everything
Just left and had a wonderful experience with employees being kind and helpful! Go there all the time.
On Wednesday, April 24, I happend to be one of the "lucky people" who was shopping at Kroger when their computers went down. Cashiers checked us out at the self serve registers. Unavoidable things happen to all businesses but I have never encountered such exceptional service at any store. Employees did everything they could to make the situation as painless as possible - free Starbucks coffee, bakery cookies, free samples, and $5 gift certificates! I have always liked Kroger but you all made me a loyal customer and I will sing your praises to others. Keep up the good work!
nice and clean and big
Very clean...fresh....friendly...full of product...highly recommend over any other grocery store
Produce was not fresh. I had to throw away a spring mix as soon as I opened it the same day I bought it. Also there were expired salad dressing that has gone bad on the shelves. Tried to be nice and take it to the front, the cashier had the nerve to be rude. I will never go to the Kroger on Fry!
I had a very bad experience a bager by the name of tiffany was like man handling my items, all so she smelled very strong of weed!!!! I personally think they should drug test her, this experience was just the worse i will never go back!!!!
The staff at this store is excellent in answering customer questions. They also take what may be thought of as constructive criticism in a good manner. This would include items such as stocking, moving of inventory, etc. Clean facilities explains themselves, and includes such things as the restroom, clean shelving (including items that should not be there.) Some of the other stores could take lessons from this one.
Very poor service and improper billing.
Customer service 0%, people are so rude, negligent and do a poor job...no happy and I know other customer feel the same way...
I have been working out by Heston for the last year, and found the store Rand service, nothing less then perfect! Thanks
This store is great both of my sons and wife's love shopping here Great Place.
I went shopping today at krogers and had a very nice experience with your employee from the bakery. Her name is Tasha and she was very helpful and assisted me greatly.she greeted me with a smile and I look forward to shopping again there. It's a shame that everyone isn't as knowlageable and helpful as her. Thank you.
The employees at this store are the best. The manager is frequently helping out at checkouts and with bagging. The store is clean and well organized. I would not shop anywhere else!
All of the employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff are helpful and informative. The manager Mr. Coutu goes out of his way to be helpful on many occasions.
Love the total makeover of Kroger to Kroger Marketplace! A little expensive but willing to pay a bit more for what they offer. People are friendly and the offer very fresh fruit and vegies!!!
It looks like if Kroger keeps giving bad customer service with a new grocery store across from them, they might loose customers.
Can purchase gas at any other station even after closed but not krogers
I have been shopping at this store for over 15 years. In the last six months I have not gone to this store once without finding something out of date on the shelves for sale at full price!! I have complained with both the male and female so called "co-managers" with no change. I have complained with meat, dairy, and produce...with no change. Today I am loosing my cool because I went to the frige to get some meat I had just bought to cook dinner for my five children and it is spoiled. It was expired by one day the day I bought it. This has happened to me sooooo many times now that I have no choice but to quit going to Krogers. This is really hard for me because I love Krogers, but I can no longer allow this store to almost posion my kids. I have recieved bad chicken, salads, meats, and dairy. I dont know what else to do. I spend over 300 dollars a week at this location, but I guess that means nothing to them. Feed Up Customer!!
On a damp cold day, Sat, Jan 5, 2013, tried to call about shrimp for a salad I wanted to make Could not get the store to answer, no dept picked up phone. Did not try Pharmacy. After calling, a Bossier Kroger, who told me to press "0", after I made the call! Finally got seafood dept, & held for about 8 min. for her to check. The phone started ringing again, & went to the menu, again. Called the meat dept, & asked him to check for me on the shrimp. They told him they did not have shrimp! All of this took me about 37 minutes. My husband went to Albertson's and was back with shrimp, before I finished, was still on phone when he returned, with shrimp & more. Whis is wrong with managers who don't operate their stores properly? Why aren't customers told to press 0, to get someone? I have a bad feeling, now, for Kroger, and will be very critcal of them, because of this problem!!
Last weekend I was in the store with my Aunt who has a service dog. We went to the customer service counter to get a carton of ciggarettes first as she had other items to purchase as well. They followed us around the store to make sure she didnt steal them. How insulting that they would openly follow us up and down every lane. We will never go to this store again. And FYI I drive a brand new 2013 Audi so I'll sit and chuckle at the thought of your under educated employees thinking that my Aunt would need to steal anything from you ..
I usually get my prescriptions at wal mart but I am switching to Krogers. you may wonder why. Its because of the service my sister gets at her Kroger store. The people behind the counter at Krogers are so kind, and cheerful and very much aware of her problems they go out of their way to meet her needs. Well done Krogers Bucyrus Ohio. You are a great neighbor and a wonderful friend to my sister. !!!
Rude employees, horrible management. Worked there for eight years, so I should know. Go to schnucks!!!
Early this morning 6:45 AM I went to kroger to purchase bottled water. Our neighborhood was without water due to a water main break on Manhattan Drive. All the self-service checkout registers were down - we were told a system problem. The only checkout lane open had no personnel! There were a handful of people attempting to checkout. When we asked an associate who could check us out she told us to go use the self service checkout ! She had a very condescending, snotty attitude ! I will go back to the store just to get her name. She needs a lesson in customer service.
Thank you for closing on Christmas Day. I appreciate the respect you are showing for the birth of Christ. I also like the respect you are showing your employees. Family is important and closing allows them to share their lives with their family. The Lord will bless you for your kindness. Thank you.
They are not very friendly people at ALL!! They act like they hate their job! Don't smile or say have a nice day or anything!! I thought maybe it was a one time thing, you know had a bad day, but it wasn't! Don't get me wrong there's maybe 1 or 2 that are somewhat friendly!! Only reason i still go is because i get Kroger points!
Do not go buy a Christmas tree from this Kroger. Itll suck the joy out of buying ur tree. They will have security harass you when u pull up to load the tree. Not once but twice. All the while being curteous and respectful. The cashier will refuse to help you purchase the tree all while acting ignorant and apethatic about helping a customer. When asking an employee how to purchase a Christmas tree, their only response was "I really have no idea." and continued on their way without helping find out how. Terrible way to ruin a Christmas spirit!!
This particular Kroger is by far one of the worst locations for customer service. I have shopped here on several occasions and have neither been greeted nor helped. It seems as if the employees go out of their way to ignore the customers. Even the managers are rude and do not speak or greet customers. I have witnessed the employees standing around at the end of the aisles talking to each other instead of assisting customers and working the register. I have decided to stop shopping at Kroger and start shopping at Publix permanently.
I’m becoming more and more displeased with your corporate decisions of stock in your store at 2627 5th Avenue Huntington, WV 25702. In the past year or two the choices available in this store have got me to buy and use product in my life only to have some corporate “executive” determine that I no longer need a product that I’ve been using. Stocking of what you do carry is sporadic. Example, Lipton Sweet Tea comes immediately to my mind. I spend at least $500/ mo plus as an average. Your store at 6360 U.S. 60 Barboursville, WV 25504 is the gold standard for that area. The blatant difference is , at best, obviously socioeconomically decided with no concern for the customers. If there were any other store close I could patronized I would.
Items discontinued: 3 ply Northern toilet tissue. The tea (Lipton Sweet.) Ziploc Vacuum Bags**** Game hens are out mostly. And growing
Just the latest.
