I love going to Krispy Kreme. Everyone is so nice there.

I can say I remember these donuts to be delicious. I don't eat them anymore though do to a healthier lifestyle but omg I miss them!

Service was amazing! Employees had smiles and great attitudes. We recieved fresh hot out of the oven doughnuts. Came all the way from Indiana for vacation and I get it every morning with my friend.

The drive thru has trouble with large vehicles a lot. If you aren't noticed at the drive thru speaker or window go inside to let them know. They are usually pretty forgiving and apologetic in my experience. I have had many good experiences at this place and its mostly nice friendly people.

Love Krispy Kreme donuts! My favorite are the glazed cake- chocolate and Pumpkin are my favorite but Pensacola doesn't carry chocolate glazed cake donuts all the time, which is a shame! The red velvet glazed cake are not good so they should do chocolate instead of Red Velvet! I know my red velvet and the glazed red velvet don't even come close to tasting like red velvet- so don't bother do the chocolate instead! Pumpkin should be from September 1st until Christmas as we have pumpkin pie during that time! As always the original glazed are best served warm but a quick pop into the microwave makes them good as new! Also great for dipping in your coffee!

Went there on a Monday afternoon about 5:30 There wasn't a single customer in the store or drive thur... I pulled up in the drive thur and sat there for 5 minutes waiting for a response over the enter come.... No one helped me so I pulled up to the widow thinking the entercome was broke... and still continued to have trouble getting service. Some young kid walked towards the window to get a box but turned his back to me. He wouldn't make eye contact with me & wouldn't help me. I ended up leaving with no doughnuts :(

Bad management,very dirty store ,won't have there doughnuts ever again.very sticky floor and doughnuts all over the floor

Today 1-11-13. A disable lady went in to buy a donut and was met with laughter... she has lost her hearing recently....she asked for the manager... and was not given the courtesy she deserved. It is people like this that has no business dealing with the public....I hope this has taught the employee and manager a valuable lesson....

Krispy kreme is way better than dunkin donuts it is the best donut place ever the thing that would make it better is that they would deliver to your house because it is so far away make obe closer to us
