Worst kohl's ever needs help with management and associates with customer service skills so unorganized and unprofessional...

OMG this place looked like my teenage daughters bed room. Clothes thrown all over. The dressing rooms were just filthy your scard to take your shoes off because of all the dust bunnies. What happened ?

I brought my 92 year old mom to Kohl's to find her special hosery. We did not find the right size and color. As we were walking away, an associate asked if she could help us. She found exactly what we needed all in the correct size and color. My mom was so happy.

Where do they get the managers from??They act very racist and treat people with little respect. I am very surprise they even have so many customers.

Very clean and well put together. Unfortunately a lot of stock in certain areas and its crowded. But very nice store with high end items with nice staff.

Please change your store hours on your website to show your proper closing time for Thursdays. I was told as soon as I walked in the door you close at 10 when online shows 11pm. I think you should be greeted first rather then told the time right away. I also drove from Polk city just to shop here evaluate you are open late.

This kohls always has new items, but if you see something you like do not assume it will be there if you come back in a few days they are consistently changing out their clothing lines. They do a great job with having a lot of clearance, but it is not very organized. Also their bra department does not have much organization. many time the wrong bras are in the wrong place and forget getting a straight answer from an employee about where to find more of a specific type they will be as confused as you.

This kohls is so much nicer cleaner and more organized than New Albany kohls also the clearance prices are way better

Kohl's is my store. Friendly, return policy is great, receipt or no receipt. Can always find something for the family at great prices.

I love kohls, and this one is good. They recently remodeled this kohls and it looks very nice. you can always count on them for giving good customer service. thank you for a great shopping experience kohls!

I went to Kohl's to look for an Easter outfit for my son. My mom likes to buy the kid's Easter clothes and for years we would get them at the Macy's in Moscow, Idaho and she would pay for them over the phone from Texas. She now lives close to us but ha Lupus and doesn't get around that well anymore. I took the outfit we picked out to the customer service desk at Kohls and said my mom would like to pay for it over the phone. They said that they do not take phone payments. So I left the outfit at customer service and decided to look for an outfit elsewhere. We couldn't fund anything he likes as much and didn't want to punish him for Kohls' policies, so we (including grandma)drive all the way up to Kohls again the next day. We couldn't find the outfit so my mom went to the service desk asking if the outfit had been out away. The clerk went on a tirade on their policy. My mom explained that she understands their policy because she had talked to the manager the day before and she just wanted to know if the clothes were back on the rack. Again, instead of answering her question the clerk continued her tirade. This kind if customer service is unacceptable. There I also no customer service out on the floor. No one will help, it is difficult to find things, there are messy racks and clothing all over the floor. Unless it is supposed to be like a Ross, they need to organize their racks nd dress manequins so you can find items that match. I found a skirt I would have purchased if their had been something to match close by. The lower prices aren't worth the experience! I won't be shopping there again.

this is a really big location the people are always pretty stand offish let you do your own thing in the store but are happy to help if you ask .... i dont know about all the other departments but the entire woman's and jrs for girls is always out of the common sizes that you'd be looking for in the fashionable items and the times they list on the web site for hours open is completely wrong they do not open until 9am.

Kohl's is a store I will always shop at. Something that I like about Kohl's is how they have a whole bunch of things like clothes, toys, jewlery, and ect. Except shoes. They don't have a lot of shoe selections, which kinda bothers me because I always shop there and if I am looking for shoes I can't get them\ right away.
