Can't believe Kmart in Monroe is closing!!!!

I received A1 customer service from your professionally dressed store clerk on November 21,2014 At the Crofton location. With every item she had a smile . Thank you again for the exception customer service.

Seems this kmart has improved a LOT since the last time I was here. Takeisha waited on us in customer service and dealt with a difficult customer very well. She was very efficient and nice. There were many registers open, which wasn't so last time, and everyone was very friendly. Keep it up and you may get some Wal Mart shoppers cause the nearest Wal Mart is horrible!

the store overall is a good store but their sale items sometimes are not in stock or they don't carry the big furniture

Their customer service is horrible. The woman is always rude and acts like you are bothering her. Also their return policy for items without a receipt is pathetic. They will give you back whatever the lowest sale price the item will be in the future, not what the current sale price is.

I was very pleased with the variety, and the very pleasant and helpful front staff. I was also VERY surprised and pleased to find that they honor and give a military discount! I highly recommed. Especially for all military!

My mom put a chair and ottoman on lay-a-way for her great grandson. And a few days later it went on sale. She asked if she could get it at the sale price. The purchase price was $54.99 and the sale price was $44.99. She has paid on time each time the lay-a-way is due. She in on Social Security and is using her hard earned money to pay for this. The Kmart Manager told my mother. That when she paid the lay-a-way in full. She can take the item to the customer service counter and get a refund. And then have them ring it up again at the sale price. My mother is very frustrated and feels as though she has been taken advantage of. Me and my family will no longer shop at Kmart or Sears.

that kid junnie is a really good cashier, he created a rewards card for me and now all i have to do is give kmart my number every time i go there. Thanks alot kmart for the wonderful experience!

I like Kmart but this one is old fashioned. It can be a bit pricey for bathroom accessories. They don't have a huge selection but I haven't given up on Kmart just yet.

1. The store doesn't train the customer service desk people very well. I had a question on a products he admitted he knew nohring about but was reluctant to call anyone from the back until I requested it. 2. I called early to find out the store hours only to find there isn't any recording giving you this information. I then went to the internet thinking that they surely are savey enough, but no, it is just listed that the hours my vary. Looks like management is getting lazy.

I had a good experience at this K-Mart, compared to other locations that I have visited. The cashier that helped me was so sweet and the staff went over and beyond to help me with what I was looking for. I was in shock because I was not expecting this kind of awesome service. I think I may just go back and splurge on their AMAZING sale items!

i like that Kmart has layaway all year long not like Walmart, Walmart only has layway on christmas, but overall Kmart has always been my store and will always be #1 thank you Kmart

The shelves are almost always stocked, the floors are clean, and the overall impression is this is a well cared for store. In most cases, the price is the lowest in town for paper goods and cleaning supplies. It also has the best parking lot and is super convenient. Helpful and friendly clerks. My favorite place to shop.

This store is very unclean and boring. Everything in the store has this depressing aura about it, and this mood seems to transfer readily to the attitudes of its employees. However, the regular associates may have other reasons to be unhappy to work here. On more than one occasion, I have witnessed managers, whom I believe were named Agnes, Rhonda, and Doug, loudly and openly reprimand associates in an unprofessional manner in front of myself and other customers. Couple that unprofessional behavior with a general unwillingness to assist customers (e.g. any time I have asked a manager for help, they have seemed totally displeased with the fact that I may need help, told me to find an associate, or even just said "I don't know" and walked away) and you can have a pretty accurate measure of the managerial quality in this establishment. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Jumbo Foods, United Supermarkets, Save-a-Lot, and even Wal-Mart are much better alternatives to K-Mart in Enid.

This store should be closed or used for a "how not to training" Everyone who works there is pathetic with no customer service skills. This is a good place to witness the decay of society.

Apparently they do not honor sales prices. When asked why, the store manager got ignorant. They're more interested in winning an argument than retaining a longstanding customer.

you never see anyone to help you. When you do they look at you like your stupit or you are bothering them. I think store is very organize and clean. But need new employees who teally care and like people. By the way they do not follow the rule to say hi to custormers . They pretend there not there.

The store has been told the phone number on the website is incorrect and management has not changed it preferring no customer calls. Once the right number is obtained through the in house pharmacy, no one answers the phone. Why the store is still in business is a wonder. It wont be for long.

I love K-mart easy to find what you want and great parking, and usually don't have to wait in line

SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW. I'm definitely not going back. Stood in line for 45 minutes and only had one thing. I was second in line. The merchandise is good but there was only two cashiers and it was one's second day on the job.

Everyone at Kmart pharmacy is awesome, their always so helpful and friendly. I never have I wait long and I highly recommend Kmart.
