I was disappointed with the West Chester site so we tried this one and it was terrific! The order was filled accurately and was ready almost immediately! I have never seen such quick service!! We will always use the Kennett Square site now.

the kfc on college also a a&w rootbeer, is the worst chicken place in Beaumont....employees there are rude and act like they do not even want to wait on you. got some pot pies that were so dry from sitting out all day under the warming light, then they were out of salt, ( how does a eating establishment run out of salt?) they have very poor management at this location, they have closed down the one by the mall, hopefully this one will be closed down to. as for me I will go to Chicken express, pop eyes or churches....

They always say they have no chicken. I've been there twice and both times they said they had no food, I was there at 8pm

Horrible service, always get your orders wrong, always leave items out of the bag, drive-thru lines are always long. Food tastes bad compared to other locations. Don't waste your time coming here. You'll be disappointed!!

I am very disgusted with the service at the KFC in Seneca S. C.Paid 23 plus dollars for 3 hot bars. Asked 5 times for chicken and desserts to be put on the bar. Folks walking out the door because of the line. This is not a one time thing. Every time we go in there we get awful service. Once we requested our money back. the management needs to be replaced before they ruin the business. We were in there this afternoon around 3:50.I think the managers name is Dotty. The employes act like they don't have any respect for her at all.Please do something about this. If I were the owner I surely would want to know that my employes were running my business into the ground.

Called, placed a pick up order. Came I'm, staff in back didn't acknowledge me. One lady out front was kind and came to help. Nobody had any idea that I ordered. Another nice woman working drive thru apologized while the staff cooking stood there like idiots. Turns out manager was the one who messed up. Thanks to the two kind ladies. Everyone else, not so much. Also forgot my sauces.

The service is good.The chicken is so hard feels like biting in to rubber. Disappointed had to throw out all that chicken it was just nasty.. The biscuits are hard. Not a happy customer..

I went into KFC to purchase the $10 bucket your way any way and was told that I could only get dark meal but that's not what I wanted. I wanted 5 wings and 5 drumsticks. They said NO WAY.....

There was not one piece of chicken in the pot pie...not ONE! Asked for half extra crispy and half grilled large bucket all dark meat. Got a wing, a leg, a thigh, and a breast on both halves. Also got attitude. This is not a happy place. We've gone back thinking it was just a bad day only to find all their days are bad!

Was told to pull up to get 2 teas. I did then she told me to pull around to the side. So I did. She came out with one tea. I told her to just give me a refund. I've been sitting in parking lot for 15 minutes. I called the store and she went on break.so after another 7 minutes I finally got a refund. I asked what the problem was and she said a Bunch of people came in. Duh? She did apologize 2 times, but WTH?

Advertisement on TV spots and on the KFC web site states, "Saturday and Sunday 10 piece bucket for $10.00 anyway you want it." Now try and order what you want and they inform you it's not anyway you want it, but how "They" want to sell it to you.

Sat, 10/5, It was 5;00pm. I ordered the buffet. Had to ask for a breast, which the young girl cheerfully funded. However, this dining experience was AWFUL! The chicken was so dry and tough that I barely could chew it. So, I took a dark piece and the results weren't much better. The biscuits were hard and cold. The potatoes were cold, from an almost empty pan. The only thing that was halfway acceptable was the dessert. I was very disappointed with the quality of your food. It was NOT worth the money .....this was NO good deal. I will not ever return. Thanks.

We ate there Sunday, October 6. I found that there was no hot water in the ladies room. I found the bar in need of cleaning. The tables were in need of cleaning as well as the floor.

On Friday Myself and My sons like to get a 10.00 bucket of chicken to take home-Two Fridays ago we pull up to the order box and the woman tells Me to Please wait-many minutes later we get our order no problem--this Friday again we pull up to the order box and hear please wait--many minutes later the woman asks what we would like I say We want the 10.00 value bucket and she says You do know You have to wait 8 mins for the original recipe-so I say what will I have to do? She yells into the speaker YOU HAVE TO WAIT! I say what? again YOU HAVE TO WAIT! So rude I pulled away and went to Burger king-- What kind of service is this? First I wait at the box then Iam asked to wait 8 mins for chicken that KFC has sold for 60 years! YOu need to look at better service-I wont be back.

Best coleslaw KFC ever . i love this place makes the best grill chicken in town. would be nice if it stays open 24hr ,helpful staff and management.

Not raw, just not a great taste!

Went through the drive-thru and had to repeat myself very often to be heard. I felt disrespectful for yelling but the person could not hear me. I paid for my food and when I got home I realized they forgot part of my order. I got the new to-go-cup because I wanted to try it. The wedges were awesome. The chicken tenders were juicy and tasty. However, the boneless chicken was disgusting. The chicken was a strange color, oozed a lot of juice, and tasted gross. Will never go there again. Customer service was terrible, food wasn't great, overall experience was unsatisfactory. If you want crappy food, KFC is for you.

Sat in the line at drive thru with no one taking orders all the cars had to drive through, no one at the window. Employees sitting at the tables eating and not helping customers. This was at 6:00 pm on a Saturday evening.

Don't eat here if you are getting your food to go. Ordered a 16 piece meal and got home and only had 8 pieces. Called the store and was told my name would be put on a list for next time I came in. Tried them again and told them of previous problem and was told no list. Checked my order before leaving and only had half of my chicken. Will not visit again. I suggest those wanting chicken go to Popeye's.

I ate 2 chicken sandwiches with mayo there and got food poisoning. I ended up in the hospital after the second day of suffering.when I called the store to complain and file a claim form that I had not received after 3 weeks the manager Andrea hung up on me because I asked for the number to the corporate office.

pretty silly the store hr end at 9pm but delivery stops at 8pm, thats really stupid and careless to the customers. pretty shitty service.

I ate here two days ago and the customer service was great. They had fresh food, and was very polite and interested in the customer wants.

This location appears to have closed suddenly. Windows are boarded up and the signs are removed or painted over in some cases.

Undoubtably the worst meal I have ever had. Thed sad thing is I just had food from this store a couple of weeks ago and thought to myself, I will never eat here again. Well, I decided to give them another chance, thinking it may have just been a bad night but to my surprise, tonight was by far the most disgusting and outright unedible meal I have ever seen and tasted. The chicken appeared to have been cooked several days ago and reheated, It was so greasy that they had to of added grease to it ( I dont think there is that much grease in the oil fryer) because it dripped from my fingers as i pick it up. I personnally think that who ever is managing this placve should be fired. I think my 9 yr.old could do it better. The experience I have had the last 2 times has turned me off from eating at KFC altogether. J

My husband is a deaf mute, but loves to shop and run errands. I would write down our order and every time he would get back home the order would be wrong. He would say in sign language, I hate going there. Loved the food, and would keep trying to get it right. You finally, got a wonderful employee Mira that took the time to call me( a talking person) to try to help. I wanted to tell you what a great job she did. The next day, I had to call the store back to see how you would do this and I got another girl Elisa also very pleasant and helpful. Great Job to these two girls.

ordered chicken strips and they were awful they seemed to be like they were put back in the deep fryer or under the light for along time to keep warm they were greases and terrible

Well, ~~ wanted to get some KFC for the family/team and ??? Phone Line was busy, busy, busy. I wanted to KNOW what the HOURS were because I wanted to COME INTO the Store and NOT go thru the Drive Thru for 8 kids and 5 adults - but couldn't find out AGAIN at 9:00 PM - 9:30 PM if you were open or not on a Sunday since we've never attempted to GO on a Sunday before. Drive thru wouldn't be good for the 13 folks I was bringing since it would've taken too long to order. Sorry, ~ KFC's HOURS aren't one of those things I keep MEMORIZED in my head and I'm not running down there to find out the Store is CLOSED. Or that ONLY the Drive Thru is open. 3rd time. Why have an Internet Site for EACH Store and NOT put the INFO in that might be important to customers? Sold them on Burger King instead - AGAIN. But - "INDIVIDUAL STORE INFO" should INCLUDE Store AND Drive Thru HOURS of Operation.

I drove to all three locations just to find there is no KFC there Popeyes is the new owner signed so sad in Bakersfield

I bought chicken today at this Kfc and gotten home and it was all old and smelled like fish, this has always been the worst kfc in Dallas, i tried to give it another chance. but HELL NO.

I have visited this KFC about five times. Each time I requested one or two packets of honey -- each time there was no honey in the bag. Today, I called for the manager to complain, and all she said is that we are human and to ask for the honey at the window or check my bag. Sorry, other food places can remember the condiments requested, why can't they!?

I called and ordered a variety of chicken for the day after my call. I asked to pick it up early. They gave me a time of 10:15 a.m. I arrived the day of pick up, they didn't open till 10:30 a.m., however they were waiting for me and opened the doors. Order was ready and I was on my way within five minutes. The only negative - they only had one choice of sauce for the boneless chicken I ordered.

I drove to ur location in Ephrata pa and ordered a 12 piece dinner. When my order was filled the chicken that I drove 16 miles for was the worst bucket I ever recived there was 9 legs and the rest thighs. It was old and falling apart. Usually I would have taken it back but it was to far to drive. Please sent over to the owners. So they can deal with such poor care on the product.

The food is not always ready for service on time. The restrooms are never ready for use. The management does not honor their own coupon programs correctly. 9-02-13

No grilled chicken & no original recipe chicken at 7 pm on Friday night.(Aug. 30. We have had bad service several times. We will never go back.

I just got my first taste of the new boneless chicken at the Maumee KFC. I'm IMPRESSED. It still looks like chicken. In fact I thought they'd made a mistake when I first looked into the box. Still shaped like the boned chicken. Yummy. As always. And the best ever coleslaw.

I come up to kfc every Wednesday for chicken fried stake meals around 6, drive through messed up my orders 2 but the counter always fix it

Today I got the 10 piece leg and thigh spec, they were out of thighs, she said do you want breast instead, I said no thanks I dont eat white meat, she said do you want all legs, i said no thats not fair their is more meat on the thighs, she said it will be 3 mins to pull around front. In two mins she brought out my order, got home and all the thighs were raw and bloody inside, I took pictures so if I get sick from raw chicken, they will know what happen. You guys are disgusting.

Manager don't care about customers. Waited 45 minutes

I placed my order, only to find out they didn't have my selection. I was told there would be a 25 minutes wait....it turned into 45 minutes. Not the first time...it will be the last . 7:00 o'clock crew 8-10-13

I picked up a box of chicken wed. An found a roach in it were they fold the box at. So I am trying to call them, but the number on the ticket is the fax number and on the internet. store # J718202

Such a horrible kfc. There's no bathrooms inside and it sucks when your pregnant. Coupons with free food arent accepted! Plates arent given. And most of the girls working there have horrible attitude i hate this location i switched to the one off of Carson. thumbs down! if i could give it zero stars i would.

I first walked in and waited for about 10 minutes to order. I was behind another customer that was having difficulty ordering. Although there were 10-11 other workers in the back, no one jumped to help until the line began to get lengthy. It was 6pm and there were around 4 tables with past customers dirty dishes, the floor was filthy and truthfully the workers had on dirty linens. The buffet should have been wiped multiple times before a dinner service. Will NOT return...which saddens us! Clean the joint up!!!!

OMG this place never has enough chicken to fulfill order. Wait times are excessive of 15minutes. Online phone number is a fax. (guess that proves All) I love KFC but have only gotten service there 1 of 4 attempts... NOT HAPPY

Every time my husband and I go to this particular KFC our order is always wrong or they are out of a side or white meat... Tonight I ordered a 2 piece chicken meal with 2 sides of green beans;however, I got 2 sides of just gravy! I was also informed sorry but we are out of Mac and cheese... I think management needs to step in and take a good hard look at what kind of service customers like me are receiving!

This KFC was horrible. There were no people there eating and we waiting 15 minutes to order our food. Then when we got it it was undercooked. I will never eat here again. Service sucks.

The staff kept the buffet full and food tasted excellent will go back. The restaurant was very clean.

They got our order all wrong but it was still decent.

My last 2 visits at this restaurant have been a desaster. And it is since the change of administration that it has changed.

Last week I order 10 chicken wings. As usual they are not ready and this is normal. But when they brought the wings to my table, they were in a basket and I had 30 wings. Most of them ended in the garbage can.

Today I ordered 4 pièces. 2 were dry, the fries were cold, my drink was half full and the sauce taste like awfull.

I do not know when I will go back.

So I stop in with my family and order the Manager's (not so) Special. The corn was chewy and/or underdone. The original chicken was some new soggy version that had no merit what-so-ever and by the time we got home to eat the rest of our meal we found that the chicken at the bottom of the bucket had been strategically placed to hide the burn marks all over it. Overall the customer service was not so oriented. Maybe try to smile or have some empathy for the customer as they stand there and wait for over five minutes before someone responds while their food gets cold. 5 employees milling around avoiding customers need to be evaluated if all they're doing is making eye contact and promptly allowing themselves to be busy before deciding who is, if anyone at all, to be the one to approach the customer. I only gave this review one star for the simple fact that the order was delivered in less than five minutes. But that was at the expense of quality control.

I hate when I spend my hard earned money on eating out and get dry and old chicken .For $30.00! I guess from know on I will go inside and check everything.I also didn't get my gravy.

This KFC is horrible they NEVER have food prepared so you have to wait anywhere from 15 min to 45 min if you really want to eat here. I have driven away twice because they do not understand that in order to make money you have to have a product to sell. KFC really needs to get new management in this store or just close it! The only reason I gave one star is because I could not post this without giving a rate. 

I have been going to this kfc regularly for the past year. It has always been a great experience. For some reason the chicken has tasted exceptionally wonderful for about the last month..

This was a horrible experience-the chicken bites were so over fried that it hurt your teeth to eat them-so we didn't-the biscuits were cold-the rest was ok-don't live in the area-so could not return-tried to call to complain nobody answered.

I stopped going to this KFC years ago because of the horrible service but have returned 3 times now in the last couple of months and have had GREAT service every single time. Tonight Tyler was working the drive thru and was so patient and kind with our big order !!! The food was great and the service even better!!!! Way to go KFC!!!! I will be a return customer and will tell everyone I know about the positive attitude by the employees and the great service. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Food cold and taste like its been siting in the oven all day. It was supposed to be "originals", but it was hard and dry. What happened to the recipe?

This KFC has been closed for months. Why is this still on here????

I give this restaurant 0 stars. The chicken looked blue and had a rubbery texture, and the employee's don't wear hair nets while working with food. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at Barrheads KFC while these people are still managing it. Other KFC's are safe to eat at but not Barrheads. Many have gotten sick from eating there.

The manager is plain out ignorant and rude he doesnt know what customer service is. Try going there but i dont recommend it worst kfc to go to. Just because i needed to put a rating and there wasn`t an option to give a negative sorry i was a regular now ill take my business elsewhere.

I love the grilled chicken and this KFC in the Wellington Marketplace has the BEST seasoned grilled chicken of all the surrounding locations! the service is fantastic no matter what time you visit! Great Staff and great food!!

KFC must have changed recipe. The worst greasy chicken I've ever had I've come here for 8 years was good but now it's just "nasty extra crispy is 2 day old original they didn't sell?

On 6/13 at 8pm I was given the most overcooked/fried dry chicken I have ever received from a restaurant. When I opened the bag it was obvious. I could not understand why the staff would give it to me. I tried eating it but it did not taste good. Other things at this KFC were a lot of water on the kitchen floor area and at checkout I could not get a receipt from using my credit card. The above is my experience, observations and opinion.

I have found the service to be outstanding at this store. The staff is also most entertaining. The new boneless chicken is delicious.

I highly recommend this store.

Mac-N-Cheese was over cooked and brown. Mash potatoes had water in it. Chicken was so rubbery. If i had my eyes closed i wouldve thought it was fish. The only thing edible was the biscut. Oh and aparently a combo doesn't include a drink. Waste of money. Rude service. Never will i go to KFC in my life.

This place is disgusting Roaches worms and other critters crawling around the back in the kitchen area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years the food is not fresh and never have friendly service. They need new management not to sure who is running it but it's not the same as before i take my money to Atascosita

I just had your boneless 2piece meal. First, they were more like a chicken finger, small, and second they were VERY dry.. On a scale of 1 to 10 and ten being the best, I would rate this at a TWO. This meal would not have fed a six year old. I don't think we will be back.

This is the WORST KFC I HAVE EVER WENT TO. I stay up the street from this kfc n that's sad that I have to drive to the one on Clark road for good customer service and they dont take a hour to cook my food. I went to this kfc and I waited an hour and then I ask for my money back after they forgot about my order and told me to give them 5 minutes after they gave somebody esle my food.I ask for a manager and some 16 year boy talking bout he is the manager. After that day I will mot go up to that ghetto ass kfc until they hour other people that. Never again

Went to KFC about a week ago and ordered the crispy strips meal with potatoes and gravy and an order of cole slaw. The sides were delicious but the chicken was like eating jerky. It was old and should have been discarded at the end of the hold time that KFC uses to ensure superior product. Food costs obviously outweigh quality at the Chapman Hwy store.

Service was quick and I was greeted with a friendly voice then again at the window (drivethru) with a friendly smile from employee Cassandra.

I ordered a 14 pc meal and the chicken was nasty it had this weird smell to it ... I have never ever taste this chicken like that... worst I've ever tried never going back there again..

This store is pathetic! They are so under-staffed its ridiculous. service is slow and food is nasty. On the other hand, some of the employees are very friendly but I hate to come into a fast food restaurant and have to wait 30 minutes for my food; which always seems to happen when I visit here. My problem would be either that or they are completely out of what I want!

This KFC is amazing! The seating could be better. The outside pavement could be better. But the chicken is fresh! The staff is so friendly. 10x better than the spruce grove kfc.

On May 20th 2013 i went thru the drive thru and placed my order, first the guy taking my order barely spoke english, second did not give me my complete order after paying for my food. I did not receive my potato wedges and i also order a large Pepsi and recieved a medium drink.

We have eaten at this location several times and have enjoyed excellent food and service. The place has been spotless on all visits.Would highly recommend it as a good place to eat!

Right when I walked in I was greeted with a smiling face. The girl taking my order helped me decide on a cheap meal for my family. And before I could even fill up my drink .. My food was ready. I love going to KFC :) the gals name on my receipt was Stephanie A and if I'm not mistaking .. The gal whom made my meal as fast as lightning was Ashlee. I ordered ORIGINAL DARK MEAT, first they messed the order up so I went inside from the d/t to get it fixed.they fixed the problem they said oh i threw in an extra leg for the problem...that's great.so I rechecked the order and said this is NOT original dark meat!!!!! oh yes it is, its just new grease....so i took it and got home and IT WAS NOT ORIGINAL DARK MEAT!!!!! yep, I'd say to work at those places you at least need a bachelor degree so they can at least get an order right!!!!

This KFC gave us burnt and completely drowned chicken.It tasted like nothing but grease and even after bringing the chicken back, it was completely the same and probably evenly greasier than that! Even after trying to call them, they did not answer the phone! Ridiculous!

Don't bother with this location on Sunday, this isn't the first time I got burned at this place. They run out of food.

Stopped by for a try of your new boneless original recipe combo on 5/8/13 at 12:02 PM. I figured it was peak period and product fresh. The chicken was visibly old. It tasted very salty as though the breading was not mixed right. The coleslaw was literally without any dressing and had hints of brown in color. The biscuit was good but the butter was really hard like frozen almost.The service was very pleasnt but not good enough to make up for the poor product. It's no wonder that the place was almost empty at 12 noon. I was very disappointed. The product could have brought me back if prepared right. I don't think I'll be back.

Manager doesn't care about Customer Service. It is May 2013 and not sure if he stays long. But anyway it is still KFC, he is only representing KFC. This is KFC Customer Service.
