I have been banking at the Overland location for about a year. The staff is excellent. They are personable, efficient and engaging.
The Relationship Manager has been of greta help in setting up accounts, selecting services and very patient in helping explain on-line banking.
I am delighted to have chosen this location as a primary place to bank.
this is the slowest bank in the word--just to make a simple deposit it takes minutes--service is the worst I've ever seen

I went in there to discuss some overdraft fees and this manager was as rude as ever. Didn't even make eye contact with me. He kept changing his mind on what he can or cannot do. Worse banking experience ever.
This branch is run by a team of ladies who really know their stuff and really care about you as a person. I have never banked with a friendlier branch or people more willing to make life as convenient as possible! Thanks to a great staff!

Why can't you post your hours of operation. It just says "hours may fluctuate" that is not helpful at all! Also, the employees at this branch are very incompetent. We have dealt with them on numerous occasions (not by choice) and are never happy with the results
It is a true pleasure to do business with this bank.I have dealt with many banks in my 85 years, but never have I been treated with such warmth and professionalism. From Susan (the manager) to the newest hire, they are all exceptional service. These are a credit to your company!!!!
