Disappointing

Did not get my jewelry back by the promise date , they've had it for three weeks already and every time I get call they can never tell me the status of my jewelry.

terrible

It was a little over a year ago I went to this Kay jewelers and was prepared to buy my mother a gift for mother's day, and my boyfriend a ring before his deployment to Afghanistan. I was about to drop $800 in that store. Instead I stood in there for about 20 minutes made eye contact with multiple employees and none of them came to assist me. But everyone else who walked in after i had they helped right away. I guess its because I wasn't in a suit or tie that my sale didn’t matter. Needless to say on my way home I stopped at Zales in the Gettysburg outlets and was immediately greeted eventhough they were busy and I spent my money some place that was a accommodating. I will never return to Kay jewelers.

Great people

I have been to this Kay a number of times and have always been happy with them. Doug is the best! He will never push you into anything you don't want, but still be very patient while you look at different items and ponder which/what you want to get.

Horrible Customer Service

I would not recommend this store to anyone. The customer service reps are rude. They ignore you when you walk in the door and act like it is a huge inconvenience to assist you. I will be purchasing my jewelry elsewhere in the future.

horrible service

My husband and I got married two years ago and decided to go to kays. Big mistake. I take care of my jewelry and keep the warrenty up. Well I decided to put my bands together they told me it would take up to three weeks. Almost five weeks had passed and I called had the run aroundso I went in and was told that my rings were lost. My wedding set was almost five grand and they said to pick out a set which what they showed me was nothing like my orginal set in looks or cost. A week later my rings showed up And got a call to come get my set. Well today the 1st January 2013 I went in to get my dimonds checked and cleaned. They had just opened with three customers my husband and I walked in and were not welcomed into the store. No one said we will be with you in a second when were finished. Nothing then someone came up said what do you need. I told her I needed my rings checked and cleaned she looked them up next thing I see is her cleaning them. I know they are suppose to check before cleaning but I never saw her check them and I asked her and she lied to me saying she checked when I know she didnt. Then another kays member walked in and started to play on her personal phone while there were still customers waiting for help. I would never suggest this store for any of your jewelry needs. Very rude and irresponsiable

Service Sucks

I took a brand new watch to them to repair the band, that was broken. Not only did the watch take a long time to evaluate but it came back in worse condition. case back and band was scratched and in worse condition than before. Please, Please go to Zales or somewhere else folks these people and their service departmrnt of outside watch and jewelry contract repair people are horrible will never go again!!!!!!!
