Brutal! They told me I had to replace my control arm bushings before they could do a wheel alignment. Took it to another shop and they said the control arm bushings are fine, and were able to do a wheel alignment. Long story short I have been putting unnecessary wear on my tires because they are crooks.

Terrible customer service. Ignorant. Extremely unreliable and just plain rude. Never dealing with the likes of kaltire again.

Hi my name is Sherri I also went here all the time until I heard one of the guys did not work there anymore he took ill and had to be of work for a while,found out they fired him because he could not come back to work when the manager wanted him to...he was a hard worker polite and had been at are farm before truly to bad to here... I will never go to Kal tire and that manager should be let go.

Don't even think of buying rims here it's gonna take you ages waiting for it plus they won't bother update you about the status of delivery, i certainly hate poor customer service. They can't even give you an accurate arrival or where the heck the orders are coming from! Such a waste of time. I won't recommend them in any way!!!!

Be prepared to be told your lug nuts are seized. We even had 2 different size nuts placed on the same tire. How many years since we had 4way wheel wrenches? When you get a quote for a price and brand of tire, make sure you check before you drive away! !

For the last few years I have bought my tires online. Last week I got a puncture in my rear snow tire that destroyed the tire. I went to Kal Tire and they had 4 Winterforce Tires, studded and gave me an incredible deal. The customer service was exceptional and my new tires and fully covered. Thanks Kal Tire!
