Not able to find anywhere

Kaiser is opened from 8-6 mon-fir at most places. Some are open later and on weekends but for the most part those are the hours.

Kaiser needs to do a better job with customer service. very poor. Their wait time is very long and when you speak with someone its like they don't want to help you. Treat your customer like you would like to be treated.

Why is it so hard to find out when this office is open? Of course you can't call them directly. The number listed pools you into their call center. And the hours of operation are not listed online. Kaiser makes it so difficult to do anything!

Professional and "goes the extra mile" to reduce many appointments and "catch things" sooner.

i love this dr, i have seen him since 2009

My work starts at 6:30 am and I have to do fasting blood work so I need to make a run to Kaiser then get back to work. All I want to know is what time I can get my blood drawn so I can get something to eat this morning. I tried to call the number, but of course got the basic Kaiser medical run around. Please post times for basic services. It can't be that hard.

Please put your hours of operation on the page, you say it's there and then it's not.

This is an excellent medical facility with new equipment and an emphasis on excellent customer service - high quality and efficient. Doctors easily refer patients from one department to another. The doctors all have informative websites and can be contacted by email.
