Worst place ever. They left me sitting in the car waiting on them to get a part from the auto store for 1 hour. The store is 2 miles away. I didnt get to pick my son up on time and they didnt give me an option. They removed the gas filter and screwed me.

Fast service, great attitudes, very in depth. They let me know what was going on with my car and asked if I wanted anything done, no pressure saying I needed all this and that! I will be coming back for their full service

The staff are very nice and friendly, they offered me water, coffee and a newspaper while I waited. The tech was very informative and explained everything in a way which was easy to understand. I never felt pressured into anything, and my overall experience was really good, plus you get a free car wash!

Don't go to the Jiffy Lube on Jarvis St. My husband told them he was going on a long road trip (with our young child) and that the car needed an oil change and checked out. Miles later, the car engine was smoking. Apparently, the Jiffy Lube worker did not replace the oil cap back on the oil compartment of the engine! I know people make mistakes, but under the circumstances, they were careless when they should have been careful.

I came in and my wait was no more than 20 minutes which is great, just hope the work is just as great!

I went in for an oil change on an obviously slow day. When I arrived, the employees egnored me and acted as though I was bothering them for showing up. There were no other vehicles there the entire time I was waiting but it still took over an hour to change the oil. I wish I would have taken it somewhere else knowing it only takes about ten minutes to actually change oil.

I have taken two vehicles to this location and they are the BEST! The staff is courteous and fast. They treat you with respect and pay attention to details while answering every question you might have.

I have been to other locations but never received the same high level of service before.

These guys are great. I have been going there for approximately 9 years and I must say that they are always trying to be as helpful as I have ever seen anywhere in my needs for automotive repairs. The best is that they do it in a matter of minutes and I am able to go on to my day. I need my car and I can't stand leaving it for hours at most other places.

Was treated warmly by staff. Felt no pressure to buy any additional products. They changed my oil & did not try & get me to purchase anything else. Went over their inspection with me & thoroughly explained their findings. Will definitely be going back for my next oil change!

Don't go anywhere else. They changed the oil and filter. Serviced the rear end and transmission plus flushed and refilled my radiator. Fair prices super service. We will be back with our other vehicles.

I have been going to my dealership for oil changes because I use their coupon. But after a while, I became disenchanted with my dealership, sitting there for over an hour. I don't want the hassle of having to book an appt either.

I just went to Jiffy Lube on Guelphline & Mainway in Burlington (beside Shell) and received GREAT service. I was greeted upon driving up to the station, and showed to the waiting area where there was free coffee/team (real milk & cream) if I wanted some.

I sat and waited all of 10 minutes when someone came to ask me to go out and review the diagnostics they had performed on my car and to ask what quality of oil I wanted. Since the oil options are clearly displayed in the waiting area, I knew what I wanted. They also informed me of the type of oil that was used from my dealership, which was what I wanted, but the same options were clearly displayed on the computer/ipad screen you look at with the attendant. I was posed choices but did not feel guilt-tripped because they offered recommendations based on the quality of my filters (they showed me!) and based on what my car required. I did not feel pressured.

I had asked about new wiper blades, and they showed me the only ones they use that are expensive but work! The owner very graciously gave me a discount which was totally unexpected. After reviewing all of what was good and may need work with my car, I felt comfortable and satisfied that they were very HONEST and I could TRUST them! I went back to sit down and was called to no more than 8 minutes later and the cash attendant reviewed the SAME diagnostics with me again to make sure it was the same as what I had gone through before. He applied the discount of my bill and the computer screen is turned toward the customer so you get to see everything.

This service was surprisingly great. I did not find their sales-pitch obtrusive, I found them fair and not forced because they explained everything to me so I was always in control. They adjusted my tire pressure, vacuumed my car, and washed my windows, and I was in-and-out in less than 20 minutes.

I hope they keep up this high level of customer service, because I'm totally going back. Oh and then I brought in my wife's car! Love these guys!

I went in there to get a basic oil change, I walk in and the seating area smelled like pot. When I took a look at the guys working on my car they looked high as a kite. Im not an idiot i know what it smells like and what peopl look like when theyre high. Avoid this place as much as you can they didnt even do a good job on my windows or vacuuming.

I go to Jiffy Lube all the time, but this place has really raised the bar. Their customer service was excellent.

I randomly came here right before close and it was like I was the first customer they had. It wasn't just one staff member that was awesome, every single member I encountered gave the same high degree level of service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional.

Came for a quick oil change a received 5 star service. Even though oil changes are a messy job, these guys not only keep the place clean but have a great attitude and excellent customer service. The staff are quick, you get free coffee while you wait! They vacuum your car, clean your windshield, check your tires and are honest with what I need done on my car without feeling pressured to get it done! I just had the best experience at the local Jiffy Lube. Stop by and meet Roger and his knowledgeable Staff as 1221 Guelphline, Burlington, ON. They were kind, HONEST and very professional. Very rare to find a business you can trust. I am a customer for life and have told my kids and spouse to go there from now on because I know our cars will be well looked after! Great job guys! These guys are the worst! Agreed to take a groupon, did all the work then said they would not take the goupon and insisted I pay double. Also there is now oil all over the engine due to loose cover. Ive used Jiffy lube for years but now will go to Tires Plus like all other civilized folks.

The people working there if that is what you call them are rude, and think that the customer is stupid. The worst place I ever experienced.

The employees at this location scratched the side of my car, which I had just purchased, and did not take responsibility for it. Went in for an oil change, came out with body damage.

I was in the service center and out in less than 15 minutes. Aaron also changed my cabin filter that I had no knowledge of and the condition of it proved that. Thanks guys and I will be back!!!

Worst service I've ever had. They broke my seat recliner button and then said they didn't. The didn't set my oil light and said they did. I called corporate and they said I would be.contacted in 24-72and hours, wasn't contacted until 5Sunday days later. They offered me a $10 coupon. I would not have taken a free oil change from there. They are very unprofessional. Stay away from there you will not have a good experience from them

I made the mistake of going to this place last week. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes for an oil change. I was the only customer there, it took almost 45 minutes. My vehicle also needed an inspection but I was told that I have to go to the county in which the vehicle is registered in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So my experience as far as customer service and politeness goes was perfect. Very nice staff, very polite and the presentation that they do at the end was pretty cool....now here is where the 'goodness' stops.

I was told information that was completely incorrect and now makes me question their abilities in terms of mechanics.

I was told my car's battery was not checked because it was in the trunk-->FALSE, I drive a Pontiac G6...I've changed the battery last year, its in the front with everything else.....

..then I was told a whole bunch of other mechanical things that now I'm brushing off as completely useless...how can you trust someone to know what they are doing when they with confidence tell you something about your car that is completely false?....hmmm.....don't think I'll return, just because now I'd worry if they'll put in the right oil, the right filter...plug the hole...hmmm...so sad, excellent customer service but lost me as a customer due to false information...tsk tsk tsk....number one rule of business, if you don't know something, don't just 'make it up'...your customer may know more than you think.....
