I love jd sport, but no more in brixton. Wrost costumer service in the world. I had to wait more than 15 min to have my shoes to try, and other 20 min to buy them. I have seen julie once ,the unique girl that was really kind and helpful in that shop. Bad costumer service.

Good choice of products. Terrible customer service (trainer section), ready to walk out of shop. Found staff rude & very unhelpfull! I didn't go only due to the lady serving at the till, she was great. The other staff should take some tips from her

Went to this stop as usual to buy Some gym tops, I went once to changing room to try something on, when I went for the second time I was asked for a different team member to leave my bag outside, I always go to this specific shop and others and never been asked to leave my bag outside. She was rude an judgemental , I felt like she was like that with me because I'm black. Despicable
