Horrible and way too expensive. Won't even answer the phone when they are avoiding a 3 week order!!!!! Cowards. I would rate 0 if there was an option!

Useless Staff

first of all the hours are ridiculos web site have them being open M-F 10am -9pm however they are NEVER open until 9. the latest is on Friday's and thats only 7pm. they are always in a hurry to get rid of the customer because they want to go home. They are not friendly nor care if you buy glassess or not.

Not a Pretty Penney

I'm not a huge fan of this store. I like the selection of shoes and jewelry, but the clothes look like they're all made for babies or the elderly. I'm not big on fashion, but I like to comfortable and confident in what I'm wearing, neither of which I feel putting on clothes sold here. The prices are high and the quality low, and every employee I've seen is stuck up, to put it politely. The store is not well organized, and it's rare to find anything worth buying. I suggest shopping somewhere else.

Poor customer service

I decided to take advantage of the $99. sale, but as usual their gimmicks ended up costing me $399! I ended up sending the glasses back several times because they couldn't get them right the first time. The service sucks! Every time I tried to tell them what was wrong with the glasses, they came up with excuse after excuse that it was user error! Their just looking to put the blame on someone else. I've owned several pairs from other retailers and this place has to be the worst!!!!

Never again

Went in for the $99 special and ended up paying 450 for glasses even tho I had insurance. Had to return several times as they didn't make the glasses properly and they were never quite right...finally gave up as I was getting a big attitude from the staff. Very rude and overpriced....they should be ashamed.

adjustments

I went there for a simple change on my nose pads which I've done many many times with no issues at all. However this time almost turned into a nightmare the dark haired young lady mangled the piece that holds the pads and handed them back to me as if nothing was wrong. This girl twisted the mental piece everyway but right, Finally I made the other girl there take over and finish up the repair which she did her best after the first girl really messed up the wire. I decided to just take my glasses and leave before they ended up broken. If the first girl had said I havent been trained on how to do that I would have said oh ok with a smile and walked out. JCPenny needs to tell these people dont do anything if you havent been trained. Now I have to take my glasses to someone else to see if they can fix this mangled piece so I can wear them comfortly again. DONT TAKE YOUR GLASSES THERE
