Absolutely the best experience ever. Customer service is top notch. They were extremely pleasant and friendly and very personable. I was a little hesitant at first but so glad I decided I made the Jared choice. Everything is done right there on site so you can trust them with your jewels. Therefore the work was done very promptly. I highly recommend Jared to anyone and will do so. Thank you Robert and Gia.

I would NOT recommend this store to anyone! I bought an engagement setting here, and took my diamond to them to have it placed in the new ring. The craftsmanship was poor, so I returned it for a refund. Refund no problem, BUT they damaged my flawless GIA cert. diamond when they removed it from their setting. The damage can not be seen by the lay mans' naked eye, so they let my husband walk out of the store without viewing my stone under the magnifier. The next jeweler, (a legit jeweler), noticed the damage right away with a loop. Jared denies any responsibility, and gave me an 800# to call. Over $2500 in damage!! Terrible injustice!
