I have used a few different storage places in the past, this place is top notch. It is clean and rates are very affordable. The manager was great to work with. I like the fact they have units that are easy to access (pull right up to the door). They have security guards on duty as well.
We were very pleased with the service at jack rabbit self storage. The people on duty were nice enough to stay later to help us sign up for a storage space. We, also, were able to sign up to use the moving truck that is offered on sign up. So far, it's been top notch service, no complaints.
Jack Rabbit was very professional. The manager on duty went out of his way to show me several size spaces before I made my decision. A special is being offered on sign up for one month free. A moving truck is available to use to move in and the rates are good. Climate control is not offered but I really don't care for it (costs more at other places). I just moved into my storage space the other day and I was very happy with my choice. jack rabbit came highly recommended from friends in the area. So far, things have been great (no complaints). My husband and I moved to this are not long ago and my friend recommended looking into this company for storage. We had tried a couple of the larger companies and we were not happy with the service. This company had decent prices, a good selection and everything we needed. We're very happy with our choice.
I've tried a couple of different storage companies in the past (larger ones and the climate controlled ones). I was not happy at all with the price let alone the pain it was to move my stuff in. We moved to this area in the spring of this year and we decided check the rates at jack rabbit. Many friends have recommended them because they had decent rates, a clean place, security guards and we did not see the need for "climate control" for our stuff. Many of my items have been in storage for years and I have not needed climate control. I checked out the prices of these climate controlled units at another company and the price was not worth it (plus the move into their facility was a pain). This company has affordable rates for anyone who just needs to store stuff. Friendly people, too...I'd recommend them.
If you ever need a storage company then I recommend this place. I have used Jack Rabbit for many years for personal storage and for some business storage. The people are good people, the place and lots are always clean, the rates are good (no hidden fees)...what more to say! I would check them out.

This is a great location. The managers are friendly and down to earth. Even the security guards are friendly & helpful.
