This is the place I've ever worked. Very friendly people.

Super nice grocery store that is massive with many food selections to choose from and not to mention a legit Starbucks when you walk in the door! Coolest grocery store ever and employees are very friendly and helpful!

I have shopped this store since it opened and have always down all of my grocery shopping there. As of late this store is not stocked and is usually out of a lot of items. There is a very nice Kroger just down the road and you would think the manager would keep the store stocked but that is not the case. I have even complained to the manager about being out of things with no results. I asked about a certain lemonade I liked when they had been out of it for 2 weeks and his comment was I am sure it has been ordered. The next week I was in there and they were still out. I have been forced to shop at other stores because they do not keep this store stocked. It is really a shame because I think Ingles products are good and their prices are cheaper than Kroger and Publix. However, I am being chased away by them not being stocked. This is also on the weekend too not just the first of the week.

Associates are always pleasant and helpful.

This is by far the best Ingles that I've shopped at that was truly willing to go the extra mile to help me with what i needed! Thanks for your awesome service

You would be amazed at the things that go on in this store! Stay away, they are not worthy of your money!

I have been a customer of Ingles, East A J Hwy in Morristown for over twelve years. This past Christmas season I was purchasing a country ham and asked a stocker if there was someone in the store that could cut the shank bone off the ham. (The meat department was closed). He said he would ask the manager, Joey Wells, if he could/would do it. Upon returning he said that Mr. Wells said he did not know how to use the saw and I would have to come back tomorrow. I have had managers do this before and think that Mr. Wells probably could have done it just didn't want to. When I add this to the many other negative things that is happening in this store, I will be taking my business elsewhere. On a recent visit to Ingles I had to look through 4 cartons of eggs to get a carton with no broken eggs. A brand of spring water that I like has bottles that are so beat up it is hard to find suitable to take home. Apple are mislabeled and are poor quality. This is just a few of the reasons I am leaving Ingles. I will be back when they get a manager who cares about the store and what the customers need/want.

I have never sent in a complaint to any business. I own 4 companies and realize that some people can be dIfficult in dealing with the public. However this is the second trip in the last 3 days that I have had a bad experience in Ingles. I waited in line behind 1 couple that only had about 15 items but after about 15 minutes I moved to another line that cleared up. I only had 2 items but it took me almost 5 minutes just to check out. The 2 cashiers were spending more time talking to each other about what they did the night before than checking me out. The service has really become inefficient. I am a patient guy but I also believe efficiency helps keep our cost down. It was not that Ingles was short of help. There were 3 people trying to check out the couple in line 1 and 2 were (talking) trying to check me out. Plus I noticed 3 more talking ahead of the lines not doing anything. I know this email will not solve the issue so I guess I just need to shut up and find another store to shop at.

every time that i have been to this store i have always been treated fairly and the mangers and cashiers has always been very friendly and very helpfule

Tana your little cashier is always so friendly and helpful every time i visit your store as are the ladies in the bakery.. Very clean store too.
