Great service!!!

Purposely visited at a quiet time -a Monday evening at dinner time. Was quickly attended to by a sales rep. Friendly - not overbearing. Rep was helpful, knowledgable and surprisingly honest concerning "on sale" items and "good buys". Ended up purchasing a $1200 suit, two $130 shirts and a silk tie for $720 all in. Would not hesitate to return or recommend

As I walked into the Hugo Boss store in Vaughan Mills, I see a woman running out chasing after a middle aged man. While I was at the cashier, I hear the same woman yelling at the man, "I don't know what they do in China but, that's not how we do things here!" It turns out the woman was a sales and she had neglected to remove one of the security tages off of an item the man had already purchased. As a result, the alarms were set off as the customer walked out the door. Not only was her behaviour wrong, it was narrow minded and bigoted.

I recently went to the Hugo Boss Store in Vaughan Mills with reservations that I would pay more than what I can afford, I was pleasantly surprise of pricing and quality I recieved for the suit I purchased with shirt and tie , the staff was "excellent and honest" , I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates honesty and quality .
