At first when I went to do my taxes they quoted me 39 dollars then after I had brought all my paperwork they told me all these extra charges they never told about with the original quote and that my total was now over a hundred dollars needless to say I WILL NOT be useing H&R block again!
Went in to get my taxes done deal was they would mail it away take three weekswhen they got my refund i would pay for it. Well went in early to pay to find out . They didnt mail it so instead of a couple days i am now waiting for another two weeks waay to goh&r
I can not speak for all the tax preparers but the 3 ive dealt with was just an epic fail. filed my taxes...took honestly 5 mins tops. Charged me 140$ to top it off...they didnt even get me all of my possible exemptions and student tax credit!!! Really?! Ive been going to hr block for the past 10 years and never have i had such a joke of an experience until i stepped foot into this hr block. I coulve filed myself and got the same refund amount and save the $140 i spent. Any monkey can sit there and punch in a few numbers...This place absolutely sucks. AVOID THIS PLACE.
I can't say how bad h and r block is, un educated help. they havn't a clue how to file a return.

Very helpful in getting me to understand what is what on my tax forms. Went for my 2011 taxes and will without a doubt be going in for this years taxes as well.

My visit to this location was okay was greeted by the receptionists after that have a long wait kids run around. They seems very disorganized then I was greeted by Kimberly Johnson she did my taxes I kept stating some facts on my taxes she still went ahead and did it her way now I'm have to deal with the IRS because my tax return was prepared wrong

A year ago I had HR Block prepare my taxes in another state and I purchased "Peace Of Mind." I moved recently to Florida and got a letter from the IRS regarding my return. I contacted HR Block and informed them of the letter and peace of mind. It turned out that an item was not reported to the IRS that I was unaware of. HR Block sent me to 2 different offices and told me the Kendall Office would take care of it. When I got there they refused to handle the simple matter promised over the phone but wanted to charge me an additional fee for over a hundred dollars to reply back to the IRS. I would up doing it myself which took me less than 5 minutes to do. I find this company to be employed by thieves who cared more about squeezing any dollar they could instead of satisfying honorably satisfying their clients. They have lost a customer for life!
Walked in to get an appointment, Employee there, sittting on a chair with her leg up. (which I Understand, she had bad leg but come on, wear better fitting clothes) This employee was loud and rather bossy to me. Will go to Berlin H&R.
The people here know your name , they can help with any question you have. thanks to this place and how friendly they are my mom got every penny she deserved with no extra fees or any struggles we usually have with other companys.
