Almost no food in morning. Breakfast stuff. Very dirty at times.

I went to holiday hoping to get a snack, but then found out it was closed. So I went to subway and asked why they were closed, they said the staff left early!

Very considerate people day & night shift both of them are pleasant employees.

The manager was very rude an unprofessional. Also made it unsafe as he turned the lights off when my friend was still in store!

I am a college student and this gas station is right next to my college. One day I went in and asked the cashier(who was an older woman) if I could get my change back in quarters instead of ones. I needed to do laundry that day and I was out of quarters. Instead of simple saying no she said "absolutely not" and proceeded to tell me how ridiculous this was how they could not open their drawers to the point where I was thoroughly embarrassed and just wanted to leave. I would have been fine if she just would have said no. What's worse is I apologized profusely for no reason and she just stood there shaking her head. I don't care if I have to drive five miles out of my way for gas or food I am never going back there. Why make a customer feel bad about a simple question?

Had a big gulp cup to refill and the owner or supervisor said to ring it up as "a regular purchase since my cup was only for sodas". Pretty sure I had my cup filled with both slushy and sodas all over alaska and no one cared. He could have been more polite about it instead of acting so rude. I can see why he's an owner of a second rate gas station

I went there and a young man named phill helped me so much and the manager was very nice

Holiday is the only gas station I know that welcomes you as soon as you come in the door. They always have fresh coffee and hot food. Almost all of the employees are personable. Great stationstore.

The assistant manager treats employees/ customers like crap. Very low customer service from this individual

Was very dissapointed to walk back into store after months of going there every day to see mike back up and running the place looks like its going to br back to same old drama with the place time to move buisness else where, I am sorry for the employees that work there hope they dont start dropping like flies

Agree with the previous reviewer. Also they are always crabby. Especially the mother/daughter team that work together there.

Had a horrible experience with the employees. The air system was frozen but instead of posting a sign they allowed people to use and when I used the system I let out air out of my tire and had to call AAA! The way they handled the situation was so un-professional.

The new workers there are rude dont know what there doing and will lie to you. They are super rude and wont fix a problem when it arrises. There are a few workers that will help you and make sure your needs are met.
