I was very disappointed when I went into HMV today. I am a teacher and was looking for a particular song for the upcoming Christmas concert. I asked the lady if she had Raffi's Christmas CD. She was very rude and said - they do not have their Christmas CD's out yet - we believe in getting through one holiday before getting into another. Her tone was not nice and as a customer- I felt belittled. I simply said, well, I thought I'd check because some stores have had Christmas stuff out since September. I was kind of speechless. She should have apologized for her demeaner. I hope she doesn't treat all the customers that way. Very disappointed.

I ordered two lp records from the hmv in vaughan mills, called on the sunday, spoke to a girl by the name of angela. She said once they come in she will call me. I received a call on the Monday right after the weekend I called, she said we have the two records you want, and will keep them on hold for you for 10 days. I was super impressed and said that I would be coming to pick them up this week, I go on the Tuesday to pick up the records but to find out that they sold the two records they had on hold for me! Big disappointment, HMV 0, Amazon online 2
