Too many times lately, when trying to buy something or pay for gas there is no one in the building. And then, all of a sudden there they are, they were in the bathroom? again, stood there for five minutes. Always on phone, never say thank you just real rude help in this station. Not all of them a certain few. I'll go to the WaWa down the street from now on. Thanks for nothing.

I've been going to this gas station for a very long time but recently, everytime i go there i see people hanging in the store with the cashier and sometimes u see the same people in front of the store smoking cigarette and hanging around between 4pm and 8pm. This station sucks now. (January 7 2015)

Watch out... this Hess will charge u a $1.00 fee for using ur debit card.

This is the worst gas station in the city. I go to this gas station because it is convienient. On July 12th at 12:15 am there were two workers who decided that they wanted to lock doors and not pump gas and also told me and many more people that they were closed. The guy proceeded to go to the bench on the side of the building and take a smoke..... This was very ignorant an unprofessional. I later drove by on my way home and it was open. I just received the worst customer service.

It's always clean. Price is Cheaper than other competitor . All their stuff is friendly and family . They will treat you as like family person. Have helpful hand . So not only customer share with them some peace full smile . Easy in and out , plenty of parking space . Net and clean . Even compare to always better than other hess around ...

U people sold me cigarettes from 2008, its 2014 & this isn't the first time, r u kidding me. I will b calling & writing everyone u can imagine

Searched all over to find a number to contact this store. It seem that there is no way to contact except to get in your car and waste time and gas to ask a question. When will you be getting a kerosene delivery. This is totaly not a consumer org. But then again who cares.

Need to fix receipt printer. Why pay at pump then walk inside for receipt?

you know you let us loyal customers down on this one. the storm was coming you knew it and did not supply kerosene. you ran out before it started???? great planning. will look for another station now. that thinks ahead and prepares better for there customers

I had to contact management to get my correct change.

I tried to call the store to confirm they still filled propane and get the price. I found the phone # was diconnected and no other option to get the information. to bad they dont post the info on their web site (I could have stopped there).

The employees in this store do nothing in a timely fashion. There is always a slow moving line. Completely inconvenient. The parking lot and the pumps are too close together and you have a hard time navigating around. Cars block you in because of the poor design.

Great customer service

a lady that works there, loves to make people wait while she is dong or taking care of things she needs to get done. You stop there because its supposed to be quick in, quick out....she will make you wait ..... very irritating.

I recently use my Hess gas gift card At Hess one Edwards Ave., Calverton. There should be $75 remaining on my card. The gas station says I was never charge for it. Hess however tells me that the gas station charge $75 to the card so my balance is zero. This is over one months time and no one can help me. I recommend everyone Ban Hess.

These people tack on an additional charge when getting gas at this station. I have an additional charge of $25 on my credit card along with the $18.75 it took to fill my tank up. Then they said if the payment goes through as a charge that i need to bring them my statement and they would reinburse me.

What a crock.

I have been calling there all day to see if maybe they found or someone turned in my credit card that I am missing. That gas station was the last place I was with it. Could anyone answer the phone??? Is it so hard to pick up the receiver and say Hello, may I help you? It is not convenient for me to have to drive there to get an answer. Why have a phone if you aren't going to answer it??????

I thought this was a nice place. My car broke down while at the pump, they lady inside was very nice and understanding. I informed her that I had someone coming to help. If it would not start we would push it over to the corner of the lot and come back to get it. She was very nice and smiled and replied "ok, good luck!" After having a look at the vehicle and some unsuccessful attempts to get it started we pushed it to the corner where it was TOWED less than 12 hours later after NOT being informed of WHEN i needed to move or that it was urgent, I was informed I was told I had til 11 pm that night.<<(I Was NOT told this) It would of cost over $200 to get it out, that I did not have. SO I am a single new mother trying to work, take care of a baby and go to school and now I have NO VEHICLE! THANKS HESS!

The Hess station on 9th Street, Stroudsburg, is a clean, pleasant gas station with friendly staff. The pumps are easy to drive through and the staff will generally help you with pumping, even at the self serve island.

This location is worst ever visited.Employes are getting paid salary off the book not paying taxes kitchen dirty roach all over the floor and food left open flies on food.I make my complain to a gentleman who is the cook he told me he is not getting paid enough so he is not intersted for cleaning and also i ask him if he has a lincence to handle food he said no his name is gaya persaud .Can someone look quickly into this before the health department do.Send me a follow up tru my email thank you.

Great station unil the possible security issue came up.... I have a debit card I only use at this gas station , the Dr. office and no place else. 2 days after my last purchase here my debit card info was used at another gas station 1.5 hours away from where I live for (3)purchases in a row of 125.00 ! The crooks must have had the PIN number too ( or knew my zip code?) and I do not use that at the Doctors office. I have to conclude they have a security issue at this gas station. The fraud dept of my bank called me after the 3rd successful hijack then closed my card automatically.

It would be nice if your employee would tell you they would be right back when leaving the register.When i worked for a store you didn't just leave costumers hanging. When i had left he was out side with a friend. My store he would be gone. Thank you to the young lady who rang me out and apologize for his stupid move.

I used to go there frequently for gas on my motorcycle because it was convenient to my house. The pumps were always problematic. They couldn't read the credit card & most times wouldn't provide a receipt, requiring me to go inside twice each time. I started complaining thinking it would be fixed. I was told I was a difficult customer. I have got the message & now take my business elsewhere.

I went in to get some gas. I have to have my sister at work by 630 every morning. I have to be at work at 815. I work in Elm City. that means more days when I get gas I am in my bed clothes. 1 of your female attendants made a comment about what I had on and I feel that was totally inappropriate. I just think you're working to watch what they say because they don't know a persons situation and what they have to do.

The manager from that gas station not a good manager at all that is all that I have to say the employed American one who works at night shift (smoking and talking with friends neglecting her job.... I used to spend 60$ every week but not anymore what a pity that you lose a loyal costumer for three dollars manager :(

This use to be the best Hess in OP til the current Manager came in she has no employee or people skills she has killed the friendly atmophere in the store because of her high handedness with the employees can not so anything right according to her store ran good till she showed up

Have been using this station due to convenienve and there credit card program. I don't know who is responsible for maintaining the pumps, but it is most frustrating when numerous pumps are out of order on any given day and paper for the receipt dispenser is empty. Someone needs to shake up this establishment.

the clerk at register was very rude and she does not need to working with the public and when you paying customer or and other person u need to be more mindful how u treat people. i think this girl does not like her job u need to readvised what kind of employee u are hiring.

Everytime I go they always give me trouble with my debit card, but it always works out some how. Yesterday 12\18\12 at 5:50pm the girl at the cash register was nasty to the customers going in and out. She didn't want to help she was rude about everything and she was texting instead of helping customers! Everyone was super upset, and I can say that I won't ever go back there again and I won't be the only one!

Employees park at pumps and help log jam the pumps. terrible location when it comes to getting in and out of the parking area.

Car wash is awful. Left my car dirtier than when it went in. Car wash teller is disgusting, covered in cardboard and out of order signs. No one to complain to.

Gas station is usually pretty cheap, pretty standard station. No problems there.

After waiting in line for over an hour , the line stops at me because the attendant needs an hour to close. How sad that it has come to this, would it really have killed you to let me fill up since I won't be able to tomorrow due to odd,even!? I have been getting gas here for 9 years but won't be anymore. This station has it so organized and good natured that the relatively SHORT wait was bearable.

Can somebody please tell me when gas will be delivered to this station. Been sitting on this line for over 4 hours!
