Bad Customer Service
I called the store to purchase some announcements for my friends daughter and as part of her graduation present and was rudely told they cant accept orders over the phone...it seems sad that this young lady will not have what she needs to make her graduation memorable because of an unaccommodating salesperson. Please in the future dont tell me what you cannot do tell me what you CAN do to help me.... that would be good customer service..
