Review for: Helzberg Diamonds in Orland Park, IL
Horrible!
My boyfriend and I went in to simply look at a ring that I saw at a different Helzberg. We told them the price of the ring and a description of it and they picked out a SIMILAR ring. I explained that it was not the ring I was looking for multiple times. They told me I was wrong and there was no way that it wasn't the same one. Then continued to push my boyfriend to put it on lay away even though we explained we would not be doing that today. Both clerks told me to go outside and call the Helzberg store in Joliet to get the product number. Needless to say, Helzberg in Orland has very rude assistants who weren't even helpful and made us feel VERY uncomfortable as well as making us feel bad because we did not want to purchase the ring that day. Never going back to the one in Orland! The clerks in Joliet are much kinder, helpful and understanding!
