Review for: Heartland Hospice in Reading, PA
Not a good experience
The nursing staff was not the greatest the communication was not to good either. The nursing aid was wonderful. As for the actual care I wasnt pleased I wouldn't use it again. The type of care given should be one to the patient but to the family also. The nurses should take in to count the family as well as the patient.
