Bought something and immediately tried to return it within a couple hours of finding out it had a cord and we needed cordless... and the store REFUSED to accept the return. I guess they just swindled us for $50!!! I will never shop there again Spirit Halloween is WAY better!!

Great customer service as well as amazing variety of merchandise! We get new costumes there every year!

Today a couple friends and I went into this store to get some early ideas for Halloween. The merchandise was great and there was much to look at. However, everytime one of us picked up an item, we were told to "stop playing" and "put that down." It was extremely irritating. We are 18 and I'm sure they get many young people who mess around in their store but we had been there literally 5 minutes and got yelled at from an elderly man sitting in a chair by the check out at least 3 times. I was prepared to spend money there today, but we left because of everyone's attitude. Won't go back. Very poor experience.

I went here 2 years in a row. i loved it both times. It was expensive on some things and alot of left over costumes. :-( But the good news is ... The Manager and her team were awesome. They were so helpful. You could tell she put alot of effort in teaching these kids customer service. It had great displays and design. So i give it 5 stars for the manager training and design.

The super glue broken stuff back together including costumes and sell them new. They don't let you return items but sell them broken. I would not recommend going there for anything!!
