Horrible store. Overpriced. Not a hallmark store. Terrible service. Always out of basics. No wonder they were evicted. The new one at Rockefeller Center is sensational.

I would give this store 5 stores if they turned down the music. It would be more relaxing if they turned the volume down, and I could take me time browsing without the noise.

This is the second time I have been to the Donaldson Crossroads Store in the last month and did not receive the gold hallmark stickers with my cards. The Trinity Point store always gives the stickers with the cards without asking for them. A little disappointing!

While the staff are really helpful and nice in this store, the management is really deficient and not customer focused and quite frankly rude. I recommend that people shop at Hallmark stores in the area.

I would not give this location a high rating. I called the first time it rang for 20 times or more and the I called back again no answer , know matter how busy you are if you work in retail customer service is number one and that includes how you answer the phone and the tone of your voice. I called the location in Summerlin at least they answered there phone but her tone of her voice needed to desired.

This shop has everything you didn't know you wanted! It is such a warm & cozy feeling to browse around, take your time & also get good finds with discounts. Sweet people work there as well & very helpful. Love this store!

I attempted to purchase two cards in this store, but the clerk was more interested in having a conversation with a male friend in the back of the store. When I moved into her view she made like she was coming in my direction, then stopped and made like she was working on the shelving, all the while continuing her conversation. This happened three times before I left the store in disgust.

I am deeply disappointed to find out today that my local Hallmark is closing. This is by far the best Hallmark. Friendly and helpful employees, excellent location and an awesome selection of merchandise. I have friends that come from Lexington to Georgetown to shop this store. I will be finding another place to buy cards, etc. now. I will miss you Georgetown Hallmark. Thanks for the great years.

This store has employees with an attitude and weren't knowledgeable or helpful regarding the items wanted. We wasted over 45 min waiting for help. We got disgusted and left. Will never visit this store again.

For being a family owned hallmark store. Me and my family were treated very very poorly. Staff was very unfriendly not to mention flat out rude, Will never go back.

This store is ridiculous with coupons! The assistant mamager made me feel like I was stealing. I did not like how I was treated!

I love this Hallmark store. Everyone is very friendly and I can always count on them to be helpful. Sometimes I go in just to look around because everything is arranged beautifully and the atmosphere is so pleasant.

Unlike Fireside Hallmark, this store does not treat customers as if they are valued. When I asked to be put on the waiting list for a specific ornament, the clerk did not follow through and I was informed today I will not be getting one today as I had thought.Iinstead II will be added to the bottom of the list although I requested a slot nearly a month ago. The clerk lost a customer today for being inept and not customer oriented. I worked retail for 40 years and understand the concept of customer service better than most shoppers. Fireside Hallmark for me from now on!

The people that own this store are always kind and helpful which is rare in these days of retail giants. I make a point of shopping at stores that have excellent customer service and they treat their customers as valued guests. I highly recommend Fireside Hallmark.

I can't stand listening to Christmas music before Thanksgiving! The staff at the store all all wonderful and helpful, but I will avoid going back to the store until after Thanksgiving. On Wed. Nov. 6th, Christmas music was playing over the P.A. in the store. I love Christmas time and all the music, but I don't appreciate listening to it prior to Thanksgiving. It made me so sick, that I plugged my ears. I hope you realize that many other people feel the same way as I do, but do not take the time/make the effort to inform you. (I have spoken to friends who have the same complaint.) At this time, I am planning on staying out of Hallmark stores until after Thanksgiving

The old ladies who work at this store are very rude and not helpful. There are plenty of other hallmark stores in this area sui you would think customer service and satisfaction would be a priority. I will not return to this store.

Although I very seldom shop in Carroll, IA, we were passing through and I needed a Hallmark store for a special card and gift. As I looked for a retirement card, no one asked if I needed assistance but finally someone came to my rescue and I did find an appropriate card. Then I went gift shopping and again found a gift that I wanted. I had them wrap the gift and the paper was not of Hallark quality, nor was the bow...truly disappointing. I decided to take off the paper and rewrapped it myself with a added a lovely bow. Hallmark store are extremely hard to come by and the selection of cards in grocery/dept. stores are limited. I truly hope you have a much better experience with this store than I did, in fact, I refuse to return.

While shopping the cashier was arguing with a customer trying to exchange merchandise. The cashier was being rude and condescending to the customer. Apparently they don't believe the customer is always right. Afterward she was laughing about the encounter. She could have easily appeased the customer by returning the previously purchased merchandise and then turning around and selling the new merchandise. Instead she chose conflict!

Awesome family owned business. I've been a good customer for years and I love this place, they catered to my every need. Erin and Amanda were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to help.

I am so disappointed that this Hallmark store is closing. Since we don't have another in the area I will be unable to use the discounts I have accumulated. Since last Tuesday they will not accept them. I feel like after all these years it was all in vain. Thank you for letting me vent!

I love this Hallmark. The store is gorgeous, everything is beautifully displayed and well organized. I can easily find what I'm looking for, and I love that this is one of the only stores still selling webkinz, the main reason I go there. The staff is great, so friendly and helpful. They seem sincere in conversation, not just like they are trying to make sales. The hours and location are convenient. I'll keep coming back as long as they're open.

I love going into this Hallmark store. Everyone is friend and helpful, and they encourage customers to browse and enjoy shopping. They remember their customers on return visits. The store is well organized and inviting. This is my favorite shop.

This Hallmark Store has closed. Nearest Hallmark store in the West Covina area is at the Westfield Shopping Center on Plaza Drive. It is on the second level, east of the food court and JC Penney.

I love this Hallmark store. I love walking through knowing people are here for a purpose. The atmosphere is great, staff is helpful. Above review is unfair because customer service really can't be experienced based on a non existent phone calls and lack of website. Hallmark stores are all different as far as inventory goes and who shops for cards online?

They will go through your trash so do not put your personal information such as bills or anything in the trash l. You will get 30 percent of your of your deposit back. They will make up some stupid excuse so they can keep that deposit. They overcharge you for rent. Management is horrible.

THis is an awesome store!! But they have relocated and are now at Treasure Valley marketplace. Next to Best Buy.

HORRIBLE customer service. They were selling DEAD flowers for Mother's Day and then argued with me on the phone about returning them. You should never argue with the customer, the customer is ALWAYS right. When she finally agreed that I could return them, I came to the store is she was absolutely rude, and wouldn't even look me in the eye. I will never buy a thing from this particular Hallmark location ever again.

I was in the arboretum Hallmark and I wanted to purchase a product with my gift card. The employee had to scan my gift card but another employee in the back was on the phone so I asked them to ask her to get off the phone as I waited long enough, she suppositly was taking a order but I overheard her and it sounded personal to me. I could not use my card because she would not hang up so I paid cash. What good is a gift card if you cannot use it because of the store only having one line that is personnally being used.

An amazing store! They don't just carry Hallmark - they carry clothing, household items, jewelry, games, kids stuff, gardening, the latest in fun gadgets and on and on!!!! The store is huge and the basement can captivate you for hours! Don't miss this place in downtown Ludington!

The environment is incredible. It's peaceful, tranquil and very inviting. The workers there are so kind, and respectable. I feel like they really take an interest when they ask 'Can I help you'. Even when I'm having a bad day, I know that once I step into the store, my whole mood will change. I'm rating this store a 5/5 simply because I love it. And if you dont believe me, then find out for your self!

I like hallmark but I don't like how somebody is always up in my face when I go in there. And I noticed it with everybody that walks in. I would say that most people don't like people up in their face saying hiiii how are you blah blah blah. Most people just want to keep to themselves. That's why my friends and I find it annoying when we walk in. Just let us be. :)

Longtime great little packed Hallmark location with friendly staff.

Placed an order with them before Christmas. It is now March 3 and still no response.

I really like this store for all of it's wonderful gift ideas and card selections. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The most beautiful and arranged Store. The staff was very courteous. I was visiting for my daughter's Marine Graduation. Fund the most touching memorabilia gift. Keep the great work. Those little memories mean a lot .

This store is horrible, The people are very rude and not helpful. The selection is poor and prices are higher than most hallmarks. Prepare for a terrible experience.

I work in the area and have been in the store several times....each time thinking it will be an improved experience - wrong! Today will be the last visit. Unfriendly,unhelpful and rude staff. What a waste if my time.

Probably the least helpful sales staff I have seen in a very long time. How hard is it to say hello and welcome, and to offer help finding something? Won't hurry back to that store, other Hallmark's in Appleton.

Why have a phone number if you NEVER answer your phone. Not very customer friendly. I've called several times and the number posted on the post card Amy's Hallmark mailed to my house sounds like a fax number. And what stores in the 21st century don't have their own website? This is all so prehistoric.

They overcharged on senior citizen day and said just come back next week and buy more and then get your discount. They did not say "oh let me fix that for you". They did not smile and did not ask for the hallmark card. won't go back. Rudeness causes you to lose business not create it.

The staff at this store are friendly and helpful beyond measure! When an injury left me literally flat on my back in the thick of holiday shopping time, these folks (especially Kelly!) went above and beyond the call to help me find the items I wanted for my family. They have my business for life!

This Hallmark store closed in October of 2011. Really miss the cheerful customer service!

Had plenty of time to stand and gossip but little time to be nice to customers and make them feel welcoming. Extremely rude and I will never step foot in that stole again!
