Review for: Hair Plus in Roanoke, VA
very poor
I wish I had read the reviews first so hopefully this helps someone. I overpaid, had to stay for too long for the partial color that was done and she was not friendly. I felt like she was doing me a favor and was charged 30.00 dollars extra because my hair was soo long...shoulder lenghth hair...I still tipped her quite well I thought..was there even a thhank you?? Nope. I won't be going there ever again!
