If the rest of the staff is as efficient as the slob who "cut" my hair, I really don't understand how they have remained in business for as long as they have. I took a picture with me to help the stylist get a better idea of what I wanted......I don't think he could have done the job if someone had given him a play by play. Based on my experience, the only individuals who would go to this place either don't give a crap about how their hair looks, or they don't know any better. STAY AWAY......STAY AWAY!

This was the first time at the Marvin location. Was very impressed. Will definitely go back. Had Vivian was very pleasant. Was able to get full salon service including waxing of eyebrows for a very reasonable price.

I was unhappy with my hair. It was MUCH shorter than I asked, it was not styled well, I had go home and re-style it. I hoped nobody I knew would see me going to my car. I will not go back.

I just went to this hairmasters for a trim on a haircut that they did about 3 months ago and the hairdresser cut off all my hair. She did not ask questions and did not listen when I told her it was too much hair. DO NOT GO HERE if you value your appearance.
