Omg the woman behind the lotto machine talks to much..constantly talki g talking talking constantly worrying about cashiers who are clearly off doing a great job alone...shes slow on purpose and talks talks talks talks talks ugh I'm annoyed. ...she definitely needs sum training In being nicer to co workers and customers....shut thaat mouth up
I was here today in thls store Halloween brings many children .one cashier gave out the candy to the children...I was trully touched by her sweet disposition and friendly demeaner.all while working a register and bagging groceries. .Amazing because every time I encounter her she is so kind I almost feel ashamed to not tip her. Great job on hiring new cashiers helps the community to have postive ppl in our stores
I work at this Gristedes at 103 and bdwy and I must stay the positive feedback is great. Cashiers are polite.....we try to help our customers the best way we can. Sorry if customers feel our Managers are standing around doing nothing...they observe everything that is happening in the store. Please feel free to come shop with us everyday...we look forward to help make your shopping experience a pleasant one.

Love this store .has so many selections and everyone I encountered was friendly.
I was there last week also ,the cashier's were the only high point .prices are way to high and to get a question answered was like pulling teeth.I was annoyed! Cashier's should be the manager's!
Clean store love the selection .didn't have a problem except there is absolutely no one available to assist with item locations or questions on sales.Cashier's had to leave registers to help customers.Beside that it was a great place to shop.
Met a brand new cashier there last week she was very friendly and as I was speaking to her a manager walk up to her and told her she shouldn't be laughing,this seemed odd as most establishments want cashiers to be friendly.she was considerate and even made me feel will better than I did then when I first entered....it's a shame being happy is banned from the work place!
So true the cashier's always seem to have such a big job .they help find items .they bag the groceries ...all while two or three managers just stand around doing absolutely nothing....the store is clean but you can feel the unfriendly attitudes of the manager's...but the cashier's definitely are friendly and happy women they deserve better superiors
Store is clean and cashier's are all friendly..however Managers are rude to the cashier's and seem annoyed with customers...ridiculous attitudes......the selection is good ...and like I said the cashier's rock!!!!!!
this store is filthy. Today, I almost got sick from one of their pre made salads. I found the package of dressing at the bottom along with a bottle cap while I was eating the salad. This is not the first time. Their sanitary practices just cannot be trused.
