I have been to the salon several times and have had different stylist. They are always friendly outgoing a do a fantastic job! I recommend them to everyone.

I don't understand how a hairdresser could cut a 10 year olds hair so bad, then cover it up by combing his hair to the side. I would never recommend getting a cut here!

Haircut done very fast and wildly...although finished cut turned out to not be a total loss, it was the poor attitude and overly mean and aggressive style which did not feel good to my neck, ears and scalp. If this is normal...then I would be very cautious going to this location. Be li.d to your head go another location and escape the abuse.

Had a wonderful experience..Joy cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and more..Great job!

The ladies at this location are very professional and make people feel welcome with their interesting conversation while giving great haircuts. I always leave with a nice fade and a smile on my face. Keep up the good work!!!

I've gotten my hair cut at this Great clips location for many years. There are good people who work here. I call every time I'm ready for a haircut and find out when my favorite sylist is working. I check in online and as soon as I walk in the door they are usually ready for me. Great service, great value and great staff....Thank you Bittersweet Rd Great Clips your the best.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Do NOT go here. I went in with very long hair asking for a trim with face-framing parts in front. She didn't know what she was doing and now from my ears to my face is chin length, and the back of my hair is long (although crooked). I sat there for an hour in tears while someone else tried to fix it. Finally I asked them to just stop. The only thing they offered to do when I spoke to a manager is have someone else at Great Clips attempt to fix my hair. I wouldn't let them cut my hair anymore, so now all I have is word of mouth to keep this from happening to anyone else.

I went there one day to get a hair cut something fast and on a budget. i got there checked in and had a 5 min wait, then they called my name so i followed them back had awesome customer service and they asked me very specific questions on how i wanted my hair and how i liked it cut, they performed the cut did a lite style and asked me what i thought. i have never been so happy with how it turned out! i will never go anywhere else!

The manager and receptionist were not willing to tell me the schedule of a staff member when I called to see if she was working, I called two days in a row to try and find out her schedule, I had been there for the first time and was trying to return to have her cut my hair again since she did a good job, since I could not find out when she works, I went to a different hair salon. Staff was rude on the phone.

I consider this about the best in the area. I have always been very satisfied. Highly recommend.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!! They claim to have a (Satisfaction Guarantee), but that is a LIE!!!!!! This store is franchised. The corporate office of Great Clips has No Say whatsoever, how this store runs it's business!! My stylist cut my hair way too short!!! She was in a BAD Mood!! She didn't have anything nice to say, and never smiled at all!!! I tried to get some type of satisfaction/response from the corporate office but they claim IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM!!!!! Do yourself a favor, and go someplace else to get your haircut!!! Stay Away from Great Clips in Delaware, Ohio at 1792 Columbus Pike, Delaware, OH!!!!!!

Brought my gf in to get her hair cut. She's been letting it grow for a while. She had specific needs of how she wanted it cut. She showed the guh (Ciarra) photos of how she wanted it cut. WRONG. She wanted tj jeep her length. this girl cut off way to much. probably triple of what was asked. The girl had no clue what she was doing even with PICTURES. My gf is highly UN satisfied. We also noticed "tip" on the receipt. Our tip to you is find a new job.

Patrice is wonderful and we love having our hair cut because of two things. 1. Patrice and 2. GREAT value for your money...

Usually I would argue that you cannot get FAST, CHEAP, and HIGH QUALITY all at the same time. However, Great Clips has changed my mind because time and time again, my service excellent, my appointments and preferances are valued and honored, my interactions with staff (especially PATRICE at the Zebulon Road Branch). my hair looks fierce after Patrice cuts and/or styles it, and the prices are AWESOME. I almost hate to post this review because I dont want too many people going to my branch and taking my appointments with Patrice :).

I have used this store several times, but recently I stopped for a haircut and when I got home I noticed a very close cut above my left ear. The hair was not growing back and I stopped back to see what they could do. I was told that they could blend into the surrounding hair to make it look better. That didn't work and I finally went to a Dermatoligist to see what was going on. It seems that the stylist buzed my hair so close that the folicals were damaged but their solution was to blend in the surrounding hair. I still have a bald spot and have spent $400.00 in medical bills. Do not use this location, they are not trained and do not respond to customer complaints.

Very friendly staff, very professional, clean, they make you feel like you would want to come back. All of the stylists were dressed with their hair done and makeup on and were ready to work.
