Although i do shop there i have found a few concerns about them: 1. frequently the aisles are full of stock making it difficult to impossible to get what one may be looking for, not to mention creating possible injuries if there were an emergency, such as a fire. 2. I've frequently been told things are in stock but just need to be unpacked so i come back later only to find out it was not in stock to begin with thus wasting my time 3. They also don't show their hours on the internet beyond saying they fluctuate, a little detail would be nice. ie give the days and hrs normally open and add that they would fluctuate during holidays or certain times of the year. (this lack is so for all of their Victoria stores.)
