went in for a oil change, they tried to tell me that my car was falling apart and gave me an estimate of over $600.00. I had had he care overhauled last month and it was given a green light. Make sure you get a second opinion before you let them touch your car.

This place could not get the Goodyear Supercar tires that came stock on my Shelby. They claimed they weren't available. I went to TireRack.com and they were shipped the following day and arrived 2 days later. And they were less expensive than the price Goodyear quoted. I contacted Goodyear corporate about this twice. Twice they said a regional manager would contact me. Still waiting! Go to Firestone instead. Save yourself the aggravation.

I was traveling in OH when I noticed my tires needed balancing. They were less than 1000 miles old and I think were not balanced properly when they were originally installed. I had a terrible experience at the Centerville Goodyear where they were unwilling to honor my warranty. At the Kettering Goodyear, they not only honored the warranty but took the time to test drive the vehicle before and after balancing the tires to make sure they were done properly. Thank you Kettering!

Way over priced the manager doesn't know much about car fixing but knows how to take your money go somewhere else they suck.

I took my vehicle at 9am. nobody looked at it until 2:00 pm. i didn't get a diagnostic estimate til 5:00 pm and the quote was $3,120.

This place is horrible, bout a new tire and they wouldn't even put it on, then they just threw it in the front passenger seat. I will never be going back to this place.

Cannot provide ks sensor replacement labor cost. Insist on I have to redo the diagnose at $90 though I told him I already had that done by other shop and myself later.

Tim is the store manager. He's so great. He can help you save with time and money. We went to Meineken and they charged 400 for alignmet, the ball and tires, so we decided to come here, they walk you through and show you what's wrong with your car. He dropped the prices to 180 for everything an it's awesome. They're truthful and honest.

Better service and price than I expected! Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Expected to pay more and wait longer for both. I paid less than expected and car was ready much sooner than I had planned. Going back with my other car and will recommend to friends.

Goodyear is the worst place iv ever been too. I highly suggest that you never take your vehicle there. I have a 08 impala and I just had a bunch of stuff fixed on it and I went to Goodyear to use my coupon for a rotate and a oil change. They told me I needed 8 new parts. 5 of those I just had replaced. Do not go there. These people are crooks.

I called ahead and told my problem and asked if I could have the car towed in and was told YES, was given a ride home at 2:00 pm 4 hours later I called to check on the car and was told it has not been looked at, it would be tomorrow. If I hadnt called they would have closed without calling me. I missed work today and now have to miss work tomorrow. VERY bad service. Will never be back and tell everyone I know not to either.

Got here as soon as they opened right at 8 o'clock. 2nd one in line and was the last one out. When asked why did they take so long if it was a simple oil change store manager was so rude and ugly about and started mumbling words under neath his breath. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On 10-22-13, you went above and beyond what anyone could have expected to help out my daughter who was caught away from home with a flat tire that couldn't be repaired and no spare with her. I can't even begin to thank you enough for your kindness and generosity.

First, they say they are open on saturday, I showed up to a closed sign. Took off work today to get an alignment they tell me I have bad upper control arms and they need to be replaced. So I take my truck to my buddies shop and all that was wrong was my bolt on top of my control arm was loose. These guys just seemed to be getting more money out of me or they just don't know what they're doing. I do not reccomend going here.

I had a horrible experience at this Goodyear October 10, 2013. B Walters was my service associate and he treated me like an idiot because I didn't want to pay for extra services I didn't need. He was rude, condescending, and overcharged me. He also refused to give a 10% military discount even though I am a member of the military and Goodyear is supposed to give discounts for military members. Save yourself the grief and outrageous costs and go somewhere (anywhere) else.

Ha ha ha ha, pathetic and ridiculous place! Don't you ever go there! No matter what your problem is, you will be approached by a cocky manager and he wont even listen to you! He will tell you how bad your tires are and that you need new ones asap.... Even if yours are on less then 200 miles! O, and don't expect them to help you taking your tire/s from the trunk, you have to do it alone and bring it inside the shop for them!

Great friendly location n services, they will try to upsell you, but hey who doesn't? Got an oil change only 50 bucks. Saved about 20 bucks going to them, will return again!

I have thoroughly enjoyed their customer service and diagnostics. Their initial diagnostic rates are good and they only hire "true" mechanics and it shows in their work. I've had issues with my wife and I's cars. I took my car to a different Goodyear before this one, and it "worked for them, couldn't find the problem"...once i took it to this Goodyear, they had to dig for the issue, but eventually found it and my car's running great now. I'd recommend this Goodyear to anyone.

I wanted to say thanks to the guys at south academy goodyear . I brought my truck in because of a noise. They took the time to look at it and they explained to me what it was and told me it was the lift kit that i put on they said they Could lube it but might not work . I really appreciate them being honest and not trying to take my money to fix something that might not work . They are great guys . I will always go there for any problems I ever have . My daughter who is a freshman at SUU took her car to this shop because her brakes were squeeking and we thought she needed new pads. They looked at her brakes and said the pads and rotors were great, they cleaned them and didn't charge us anything for an hour of their time. We will definitely be back for any car repairs she may have! How wonderful to find an honest repair shop when she is far from home.

I went here to have my battery and terminals replaced less than a year ago. 6 months after, the terminal ends corroded and I broke down in a grocery store parking lot And had to be towed to a firestone closer to my house. I kept the terminal ends and contacted the manager of this goodyear. It took more than a week to get a partial refund. They should have done more for all the trouble! Oh no, there is more. Earlier this week my car started acting up again... I took it in to the place near my house and it turns out the battery I got from this goodyear had a bad cell!! So, every repair they did had to be redone and don't forget I also had to be towed!! Stay far away from this place! Can you give less than 1 star?

The worker who is white scruffy, non shaven guy swore at my wife who was waiting for me as i got my car into the shop, she parked in parralel in the parking area. The good year worker stated "good parking, fucking asshole" unbelievable, he should have politely asked her to move her car if he couldnt park into the stall. but there was multiple parking spots available. 4:00pm 8/31/13. Not the way to treat your customers!

It's the last time I take my car there . Lots of hidden fees that doesn't make sense .

I will only go here, now. I've had less than stellar experiences with other mechanics (most will look at my boyfriend while I'm trying to talk to them about my car -- which drives him nuts because he's not a "car guy"). These guys are great to talk to, have great rates, do great service, and have always been very helpful and understanding of our situations.

I went to this good year by red maple pizza for a simple maintenance,and what do you know the same day my car messes up relevant to the maintenance job i got,250$ repair,on top of that,my car shakes on acceleration now and has a ticking noise..thanks a lot guys.no wonder people have to sign forms saying they aren't responsible for damages caused to your vehicle/engine.

I took BMW Z4 to this Goodyear for an inspection. My car was in excellent condition. Let me say right now that I am a female. They took complete advantage of me. They poked a hole in my run flat tire and came running out showing me a screw that they claimed was in the tire. They told me they could fix my run flat tire for $70.. Because this car was new to me I did not know anything about runflats at the time. I also did not know that my car woul d have alerted me to low tire pressure on the dashboard So I allowed them to fix my runflat tire. I paid for the inspection plus repair to a runflat tire . Now I know that you cannot repair a runflat tire, it must be replaced. The replacement tire costs over $400 .. So the jerks at Goodyear ruined a perfectly good tire just to make money off of me. Don''t go there if you are a female. They will take complete advantage of you.

They tuned up my 97 Buick Park Avenue, synthetic oil change and did my spark plugs, they were the best and I truly mean it, I called around and did a price check with every car service and goodyear had the cheapest deals ever, customer service is the best, car service was great finished within a timely manner and was very honest and opininated, will definitely choose goodyear aiea(stadium mall) for future car repairs small or big, great job

Untrustworthy liars! I took my custom 20 inch wheel to these guys to have a tire mounted and they damaged it in two places and didn't bother to tell me. When I took it back and showed them the manager said they would contact corporate and pay for the wheel.  I checked with the manager twice in a six week period and finally called corporate myself.  They told me he never contacted them. When he got in trouble with corporate he called me  yelling at me telling me he wouldn't write a check until I give him my old wheel. Then a few days later offered to just fix the wheel. Chrome wheels can't be fixed, not with the kind of damage. Stay away from this place unless you like getting screwed!

I came to this store today and I saw the techs in the back hard at work all of them looking stressed and a store manager walking around in the shop by the way is a goodyear violation I've been a service manager for 20 years between Goodyear and Firestone he s a cocky disrespectful human I feel sorry for his workers my exrience here was so bad I couldn't even make it to the desk to schedule an appt I'm never coming back until he is gone

I made a lunchtime appt and after waiting for 25 minutes without any service I left and returned for a 5 pm appt the same day , I waited for 30inuyes and again no service .. Why offer APPOINTMENTS??? I will never go back

yesterday I took my car into goodyear and they told me they could fix my car and I had to leave it for the night, I came back today and they said they couldnt fix it?? so I got charged for my car bein there yet it didnt get fixed!!! on top of that the manager and a mechanic wouldnt stop hitting on me and telling me if I get tired of mh spouse I know where they work! that is unproffesional and I dont appreciate it. not done yet! they trashex my car and my drivers side door is comin off i dont know why but it is.

They do not recommend things that your car or truck does not need but they do recommend things that it needs and things that (if you do it now it will or they can save you a lot of money) will make your car or truck run GREAT. I went to get a smog check, and they said I had a problem with the engine timing, they fixed that, then their were more problems, I was only transferring a title and the car passed a smog 5 months ago. All they want is money and do not care about giving good service. Do not go to this goodyear, you will regret it, trust me.

I have had fair deals with the 5 sets of tires I have purchased at Discount Tires on Bryant Irvin, fair deals after negotiation at Firestone but never the unsolicited quality and integrity together I received at Goodyear on Bryant Irvin. Test them and see.

We were in for Bike Week and they took care of Goodyear trailer tire that had an issue. Another Goodyear dealer turned us away. Great customer service. I would highly recommend!

Had a funny car noise emergency- Kam and Jeff were SUPER helpful and went out of their way to help me! Jeff stayed after the shop closed, got the price down, and even came in on his day off to make sure my problem was resolved. Awesome job!

Had an appointment at 5pm to get one tire changed. I am still waiting at this moment and it is 6:35. I was told that there was only one person in front of me getting one tire changed. Please, take the 20 minutes to change the tire yourself.

They tried to charge me 257$ to change two brake pads. I also overheard two workers calling me "clueless". I will never return to this establishment for any type of service. Also, there are an independently owned establishment that sells GoodYear products, so they can set any prices that like. My advice is to find a reputable establishment and avoid this place.

I took my mercedes to the shop for fuel system flush and the next day the check engine light came on. I took it back to the shop they shut the light off. The next day the light came back on I took it back and they wanted to Charge me another 105$. They are horrible.The car was running great when I took it in there.

Stay away from this Goodyear. I restore old cars and normally do all my own mechanical work. I rebuilt my front end on my 1992 truck and needed an alignment. Since I don't have an alignment machine, I took my truck to Goodyear to align the front end. The first time I took it there to get it aligned steering, the truck did not drive straight so they had to redo it. Another 2 hours wasted. After the 2nd alignment attempt, the steering wheel was not centered so when I drove down the road the steering wheel was at the 10"Clock position. A good shop would have test drove it to verify steering and wheel was straight.

I always get my vehicle serviced at this location. They are fair and always friendly. They won't do more than you need and overcharge you. I highly reccommend.

I've gone to this store many times over the last several years for various repairs and replacements. I may have had one or two good experiences, but otherwise it was consistently disappointing. I've felt very misled, overcharged, and have wasted unbelievable amounts of time in the waiting room with very little communication from any of the staff. I will never go back.

Not to mention the place looks like its about to fall down and crush all the cars their working on. Drove out of my way to save some money and instead left furious!

I brought my car to Goodyear because of noise. They told me it would be $25 just to diagnose. I said I wasn't sure and he threw the keys back at me. I finally agreed and he called me an hour later and said my differential fluid was completely drained and it would cost $150 to fix. I paid the $25 and took it to Honest Tom's Garage. He said there was still a quart of fluid in there, but I need one more. He charged me $15 for the quart and $20 for the service. Overall, Goodyear was rude and way overpriced.

After paying for a new tire job they suggested another had to be done. That tire was under warranty and installed by them. They did not look into the history of the tire or even check for warranty status. They just wanted us to pay for another full blown tire job. Be careful they will try to get you to pay for things not needed if you dont talk up and ask questions.
