The best truffles, chocolate so silky in your mouth OMG almost orgasmic in a good way. No words to describe how decadent

Walked in with my family and picked up some samples as displayed. An African American girl who was working at that time came from no where and grabbed the samples from all of us and dumped it in the trash in front of us. My little kid was shocked at this. I felt very insulting and I will never go back there. I will also share this experience with everyone I know.

Godiva Ice Cream is worth the drive. I will hit them up every weekend when i get off of work.

A tall pale and dark haired man "helped" me. He was talking so low I couldn't make out half of the things he said but it wasn't because he was shy. He was suppressing a smile the whole time and talked to me in a slow mocking tone. I was there with friends & they have the same opinion. Never coming back.

Walked in to the Venetian Godiva store and I have an employee yell at me across the room.

I went to buy some chocolate. I was basically ignored by the staff. They were doing something and it seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Won't be returning to this location again.

Customer service at this store is fantastic. Knowlegable about the different products and creative about ways to create gift baskets, the team of the store manager and employees work together to provide a great shopping experience.
